Extremely undercooked pizza when I specifically requested extra crispy. (Cheese wasnt even fully melted and crust was still wet... and moldable. It's like they were mad I requested extra crispy and decided they would "show me" what I get with a specialrequest. I had to fire the oven up and cook the pizza for them. What a joke! Read more
Accidently sent my order to this one instead of the one next to 83, Worst mistake ever. First time i ordered from here and will... be the last. Cinnabons were literally either dough, or just soggy from the excess amount of icing they put on. Tried to put inthe oven didnt help. just take the extra 2-3 mins and go to the other one. Read more
Ordered delivery, was sent notification of delivery, 20 minutes later recieved a notification from grub hub telling a totally... different time . Never had this issue with dominos or papa John's. Read more
Their food is pretty good. I just wish they would stop using door dash. The door dash guy name Jericho stole my 2 litter. Tried... to wave him down and just continued driving. The guy from pizza hut was nice enough to credited me back the money for the soda. Read more
Have ordered from this location many times before with no issue. Tonight was not one of those times. We waited 2 and a half... hours for a pizza that never came, only to find out that the order had been cancelled and no one bothered to contact us. I tried to be nice and just call to report a hair in my pizza, asked to speak to manager in regards to the matter and at the... least to say he was very unprofessional. No only was it implied that I could not have been from there because he himselfprepared the order but he almost made it seem as if it was me. Then he continued to say not its not possible and that well heput a credit on my account for the next time I order. Just to like get rid of me. Unfortunately its not the first time I havehad issues with this store. I'm so over it. I not have a stomach ache just as the thought of hair in my food. Ordered a pizza was not done and had wrong topping selection. Crust was not cooked all the way. So I called and talked to the... manager. He sent out a new pizza. This one was proper topping selection but still crust was not done still very Dougherty. Hecame to deliver it himself and I showed him and he just argued with me. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not beordering anything from this Pizza Hut ever again. Read more
