Will never get your order correct. Even when there is 10 people working, and nobody there. Gave us sprites instead of coke, and... one big family box of fries instead of fries for each meal (equates to less than a small fry per person). Lazy workers, lazymanagement, and a franchise owner that does not care about the business. I've gone more than 5 times in the last 2 years andthey've always been this inconsistent. Read more
They were slammed with orders. Staff was friendly. It was extremely cold inside the restaurant so I got my meal to go instead... of eating inside. I ordered a 12 PC family meal. Came home started eating and each family member grabbed 1 piece of chicken (4 of us). I looked in... box to grab another and only 4 pieces left. Called the manager asking for refund of the 4 pieces & he said wants the food andreceipt back first. ???? so ce when you gotta count your chicken To ensure your get right amount? Paid $45. I have had food delivered from this location as well as pick-up. My orders have always been correct and delicious. Tonight the... young man at the drive thru was really nice and patient as we awkwardly ordered, like it was our first time. We were reallytired and it showed. This place is trash!! Paid $32 for missing chicken and missing sides, biscuits was nasty and hard. Asked the rude manager... tonight for sauces and she got an attitude. Tried to check my food bc they always forget stuff and she came to the window with aattitude. Then I pull off she?s screaming out the window! You definitely need training on customer service! 1st time I ever had this... I was NOT impressed at all. Nevermind the spicy chicken tenders I ordered came as regular (not... spicy), but the breading was very "floury." As for Cajun seasonings, somebody mustn't have seasoned mine!!! Then to have to askto wait out front (for 10 mins) so we can finish your order (that I sent in through mobile app 10-15 mins prior) only to haveit come out WRONG!!?? Not really a great first experience. Especially not for a $22.00 price. Cajun fries, no real flavor butsalt. The popcorn shrimp or whatever they call them were GOOD!!! I'll give them another shot in the future, because anyone canhave a bad day or even week. However as of this review, I'd rather have Royal Farms or KFC chicken. Read more
