I would have with out a doubt given this place five stars. My sandwiches are always great and the most recent, the New York, was... awesome. Now, there is a snadwhich on there that is more like 2 stars. The sausage sandwhich was terrible. One piece of sausageon this sandwhich. The owner I am sure would be embarrassed of this sandwhich. My husband and I went on a Tuesday night, first time ever and it was Awful! Crowded... Apparently, Happy Hour and the Bar was... packed. The music was Extremely Loud... so loud we couldn't even hear our server talking to us. The Hostess, upon meeting us wasRude and threw our menus on the table and walked away! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, to which our server Informed usthat they had No Chicken... Sorry! WTH... tell me that when we sit down, we would have gotten up and left right then. We came on a busy Thursday night over a holiday weekend and were seated quickly (2-3 minutes). Waiter (Ben) was great, and very... courteous! First time at the location and he helped us with the menu. Appetizer arrived quickly, entre followed in relativetime. Food was cooked well, and tasted great. My date and I were both really happy with the experience overall. The only thingwe identified was that at the time, the hard slushy machine was down, and if that had been a reason we wanted to come it wouldhave been a bummer, but it was an afterthought. My husband and I ate there Thursday evening. It was very busy but we got seated almost immediately. We had Sara as our server. ... She did a great job. I ordered the pastrami and cheese BIG BRO. asked for the fries and slaw on the side. My husband had theNew Yorker which is corned beef and pastrami and cheese. He had it the Primanti way with the fries and Cole slaw on thesandwich. My sandwich came out but the meat was in the light side. I asked Sara if it looked light especially since I asked forthe BIG BRO. She said it was light. She went to the kitchen and came back to say they could make another sandwich or get morepastrami to put into the sandwich I already had. I got more pastrami. Put it in my sandwich and we were good. This location has been around for a while and I’ve been missing out! We stayed for quite a while and had drinks. I’d have to... recommend the slew of long islands they have its a great atmosphere and the food is good. I got the pretzel and beer cheese andit was amazing. I spent about $35 here and it was definitely worth it! Make sure to stop and check it out! Read more
