The food is great! It has great flavor. The sweet tea is so good, it reminds me of my favorite place in Tennessee. However the... service wasn?t great the lady and the food line was very rude. She rudely asked with an attitude if we were ready. In my bowlshe barely put any food in it. She only did one small scoop of each. I only did rice, beans, chicken, sour cream. The bowl wasso big and barely anything was in it. She then sat on the countertop on her phone. The other girl was on a cellphone call withair pods. The manager Amy is rude over the phone, in the store and even when the store is in the wrong. I ordered two vegan meals that... were made with BEEF, I contacted Amy and she was incredibly rude, I went in to the store to show them and they were incrediblyrude, and the manager even allowed a employee to laugh at me and yell at me because my children cannot eat meat and do not wantbeef in their veggie meals. There were not small pieces of beef the meal was made as a beef entree. The two black men that workthere are always incredibly nice and good at what they do. Read more
We just got back from our visit and I was blown away by the service. The team members made sure that everything was fresh and... were incredibly patient and accommodating. One team member, Jay, in particular went above and beyond checking on us and makingsure we had a good experience. She was amazing - greeted us with a smile, made sure our food was fresh and came to our table tocheck on us. She was truly intentional about impacting our visit in a positive way. I'm going to need the store manager to be there to make my burritos because he made them perfectly. I've been twice once the... store manager with dreads made it and my burritos are being rolled like jelly rolls. Didn't come back for awhile and obviouslythat manager trained others to roll the burrito like jelly roll too. It makes it super messy to eat and so much tortilla in eachbite. The cholula chicken is a lot more spicy than before almost hard to eat it. I gave a 3 only because he was so awesome butseriously what day are you working and I'm there. Read more
I have always been very hesitant coming to this restaurant being from Latino background I?m very particular about the food that... I eat they claim to be Authentic. Qdoba is definitely not authentic but it?s darn close to it. It?s amazingly good and I?mpretty shocked at my experience and delighted at the same time. They give a lot of food for one portion; I recommend getting ahalf portion bowl because, it?s much too big to consume at once. I highly recommend their bowls ???? Read more
I love this place. It's a pretty regular go to for me. Unfortunately, this time they were out of so many things it was crazy.... They said that twice their trucks didnt show up and they were without basics-like lettuce and sugar, off the top of myhead. It's always hit or miss when I go in, honestly. Sometimes every table is filthy, the drink bar is gross, the chips arestale and the tomatoes are frozen (??). Sometimes it's sparkling, the food is fresh and the staff is friendly and helpful.
