Walked in 15 minutes after opening time, the host sat 2 people before me and told me it'd be a 10 minute wait. There was only 3... customers, why was I waiting? After being seated the service continued to go down hill. Workers walked around like they werelost. Appetizer was served after my meal was delivered. The bathroom was obviously not taken care of. Food was great and so was the server. However, the host sat the server 5 tables in his area all at once. Server worked hard to... keep up, but customers still had to wait quite some time for their food to arrive due to the multiple seatings at one time. Justmy one time experience. For a chain, I consistently get above average service and food here. They can never cook a burger anything besides medium-well... or well... despite my preference for medium... but the flavors are always good and the prices are typically fair for what youget. Red Robin Rewards is still one of the best reward programs in the industry. Read more
Beginning with the good: Gianna! Our server was patient (we had several children in the party), knowledgeable about the menu,... and prompt with every action. Thank you! The not-so-good: The two hostesses did not make a great first impression. It seemed anintrusion on their screen time to say hello and seat us. More good: Good burgers at a reasonable price. A burger with teriyakiand pineapple? It was quite good. Sweet potato fries and caramel sauce? Quite good again! Both were suggestions from Gianna. Shemade our dinner better at every turn. Meh?: The broccoli was dry, lukewarm, and un-seasoned. If you like yours like that,you'll love the endless sides. Our server was great. Unfortunately, the food took too long to come out. The restaurant manager never came to our table to check... in or apologize for the delay. The place was not busy, in fact when we arrived a large party was leaving. We were seated quicklyand were able to place orders for the children and our drinks. Got seated quickly. However getting our order taken was a little lengthy. With most places being under staffed because of the... pandemic we were just happy to be able to eat in doors. The appetizers were great but the burgers were undesirable. I have eatenhere many times and this by far was the worst. They looked Great!!! But they were raw after the first bite :( Update, Someonehad reach out right after this post and pretty much refunded our meals. It's taken us a while to go back. Went back today. Came here with family for a birthday dinner and had a great time! The food (as always) was great and our waiter (Joe) was... honestly a gem - he made our experience go from good to absolutely great and had the most upbeat, positive attitude. Went here tonight to pick up food for me and my family. Sat there 10 mins and nobody waited on me! I had to say something for... someone to come over many employees walked by and didn?t say NOTHING to me at all. My food was wrong and wasn?t what I ordered!Then a male employee thought it would be funny to give me a ?complimentary? card with $0 dollars on it because they didn?t havethe sauce I ordered! Well I am gonna find it funny tomorrow when I call corporate and let them no of the horrible customerservice and the order being wrong! DO BETTER RED ROBIN! ????(Update)???? Went back to the store and talked to general managerof the store was told that my refund would be on there Friday. Friday came and went and still nothing. I called into the storeyesterday and talked to Chris the manager. Whom took my number and told me the general Manager would be in at 2. I neverreceived any call at all from the general manager. I can say this was my family?s favorite place to eat and I will not return.They never apologized at the store for the immature employee?s behaviors nothing.
