Very artistic and retro vibes, very personal with lots of beautiful art and historic pictures of downtown. Vegan options, a... beautiful menu with options you’ll beat yourself up about because there’s so many good options. Wonderful and unique serverswith great personalities. You bet it is an uncommon kitchen. What you get for the price is amazing! I would suggest either the Roost, which comes with an... open faced biscuit topped with hash browns, your choice of meat, Sausage Gravy, & either scrambled or over easy eggs, The foodwas wonderful, as well as the service. The other item is the Garbage biscuit, this also come with the above toppings & somethingelse, I cannot remember what but it was a huge plateful for my friend & he was able to clean his plate! I would cheerfully goback if I was in the area of York PA in the morning. I look forward to my next trip to York for just this restaurant! Read more
Right in downtown York, Roost offers delicious and quality brunch faire, taking a spin on breakfast classics while still being... reasonably priced. I was absolutely blown away by the chicken and waffles served with apricot butter. Read more
We went with a group from work for a breakfast meeting. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. The waitress, also... the manager, made sure we had everything we needed and was so friendly. Many of us have been back since with our families. Foodand menu were amazing! Also loved the coffee cups and bought a couple. Definitely recommend! Read more

Great first experience. My partner has been trying to get us in for a while now. Delicious and plentiful. Like, REALLY great... serving sizes. And excellent flavors. Service was slowish, and yet the food got to us super quick. They tend to be extremelybusy on the weekends, so really no complaints. Shall be back. Read more
