The food we had tonight came out fast and was very good. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Also when you go in... request Maria, she is the best waitress we have ever had. Very attentive to whatever we needed. Filling drinks, making sure youhave everything you need. All the while providing a great atmosphere. We need people like her to pass on her friendliness. This was my first time and admittedly I don't go to diners much. A group of friends wanted to go so I tagged along. Food was ok.... It's comfort food and I got what I expected. So this 3 star rating was an average. Service was 5 star. We had a great server and drinks were always full and all food was... just as we ordered. There was no mistakes. Now as far as taste of food , we gave it a 1 star rating. We had a few differententrees including 1 breakfast plate and we had desserts. Mashed potatoes were made of instant mashed potatoes not fresh. Theywere also cold in the middle but hot on the outside which means was in the microwave!!! Garlic bread tasted stale and had nogarlic flavor what so ever. Cole slaw was discusting. Salad was good. Shrimp parmagana with spegetti was eh at best. Shrimp wassmall and pasta was not hot. It was room temperature. Chicken fried steak was ok, but nothing to cone back for. Ice cream wasgood, but I doubt that they made it. Boston cream cake was ok, but the cake to custard ratio was off. My son and I ate breakfast here this morning. I had a western omelette with home fries and toast. My son had the pancakes and... eggs platter. 2 pancakes with 2 scrambled eggs and bacon. Everything was very tasty. And fast. Read more
Went for Sunday brunch had phenomenal service from suzie. The pancake platter was amazing. Pancakes were so fluffy and... light(perfectly made). My son had the Belgian waffle sundae with vanilla ice cream and strawberries with caramel, hot fudge andwhip cream. Greek gyro was eaten before photo could be taken, but was amazing.
