I don't think I have even go in this location and ordered food and didn't have to wait on something. Like tonight you have 7... people waiting on order and you only have one fryer running chicken no potatoes running and two empty fryers. Food is normallyok can't say it's the best royal farms in the area but certainly not the worst. Read more

This is the second time I have gone here. The chicken is under cooked and greasy. The worst I have ever gotten from Royal Farms.... I will not be going back. I got a 12 piece there was only 2 breast in the container. Stay away from this site. A lawsuit waitingto happen. Read more

I was attempting to by a dozen of eggs at self check out. Price tag on shelf said 3.99. I went to ring it out and it ring up... 4.93. I advised the employee on duty and he went back and grabbed the price tag off and scanned it and said well now it’s 4.93prices change every day. I advised him it’s not my fault pricing changed and you guys didn’t update. He said it don’tmatter. Price is 4.93, Do you want it or not? I gave him a puzzled look and then he just snatched the eggs. I have never dealtwith an employee who is so unprofessional in my life. Very disgruntled. I will never shop at this location again. Excellent customer service. Blake, Wilson, Eli, and Dylan at Royal farms made a great team. It was nice hearing Eli offer a... customer assistance to order their food as she excitedly accepted his offer. I was confused on my order (I hit the back buttonand it deleted my fries) and all the gentleman were happy to assist me and asked if I wanted the fries which I was okay with notgetting, I just wanted to know what I did wrong for next time. I don't usually make reviews this bad but I got to say that was the worst chicken tenders I have ever had in my entire life.... They were very dry and not worth the $20 I spent on five chicken tenders. I will not be coming back here again. Read more

My car was being serviced and KFC refused to serve me in the drive thru without being in a car. Their dining room is closed. ... The ladies at Royal Farms went above and beyond taking my order and preparing the takeout. Read more

This review is based solely on their take out chicken. I prefer dark chicken, specifically wings because I'm from Buffalo, but... my wife likes white meat. So we compromised and ordered the 8 piece (whole bird) mixed box of chicken. There wasn't any breastmeat sitting under their heat lamps, so the very nice employee offered to cook up a fresh batch of chicken, which would takeabout 8-10 minutes. We noticed that the chicken fryer is a pressure cooker type fryer/broaster, so we were really lookingforward to eating our meal, and we were certainly not disappointed. Even after driving the 2 miles home, the chicken was stillhot, juicy, crispy and absolutely delicious. I saw that there is a KFC across the street from Royal Farms, but previous meals atKFC have been disappointing due to the small size of the chicken pieces and their outrageous prices, so it's nice to know thatthere's a great broasted chicken provider near our home. We've gotten into the habit of driving out to Goofy's in Spring Grovefor fried chicken, so Royal Farms will make a good alternative for when we don't want to go out and have a sit down meal atGoofy's. I have never had a problem with the food here. Comes up fast, and is always hot and tastes fresh. Never had an order messed... up. The staff tend to be dismissive and unhelpful. I'm fine as long as I don't have to interact with anyone. I've messed up theself checkout order once or twice (due to hitting a yes instead of no, or something not ringing through correctly). The staffalways grumbles and acts like taking me a chore. Customer service is less than desirable, and considering almost everything canbe done by the customer, I'm not surprised this store is almost cashier-less (usually no more than 2 cashiers, 1 being amanager).
