Everyone here is so super nice! Small bags of Cheetos are 5.29$ yuck : ( But 25oz beverages start @ $1.19$ crazy!!!

This sheetz has really dropped in quality. Orders are constantly wrong, and you never know what your going to get. Just ordered... a milkshake and it wasn't even blended. I don't know who's training these people... I don't usually leave bad reviews but thishas happened multiple times with different items. Read more

So I went to Sheetz 2 nights ago and the tire ( air pump ) machine sucked the air out of my tire ???? but I went inside to ask... for help with it and an employee named Andrew came out to help me. He was awesome! So thanks again Andrew for your help! I gotthe tire fixed the next morning and everything is fine now. Also the nozzle on my tire wasn't defective. I had it checked. The supply chain issues with Sheetz are completely unacceptable. On numerous occasions I've gone in and they're out of basic... necessities like milk and Gatorade. Competitor Rutters is never out and does not make excuses for the supply chain issues thatthey ALL face. Read more

This store is horrible when you order on the app and pay in the store to pick up your food. Twice now they have let my food sit... in the back and get cold while they waited for payment. This is after I paid at the register and was standing there waiting. Ieven heard the person at the register tell them that I had paid. When I complained and said that my food was now cold, theirresponse was do you want us to remake it or do you want coupons. I wanted neither as I didn't have any more time left to wasteand I'm not going back for a while. This store needs to learn to communicate better. Or perhaps Sheetz needs a better systemthat tells people when an order is paid. Read more

Best sheetz employees always smile and greet u. So I've read the previous comments. And I understand the frustration of being... carded. However this only happens with one employee constantly. She sees me almost every day and I am well above 40 but shealways cards me. But she doesn't just card me she cards everyone. It was the same woman who carded another customer for alighter last week I was actually there that day. I couldn't believe she did that. However aside from her every one else isreally friendly and nice at this sheetz. I customize my orders and they always get it right Read more

We're in this location a lot- for gas, food and drinks, gift cards, etc. Today, with our whole family, we got to watch an... employee we recognized in regular clothes carrying beer- male, real mouthy and jumpy- completely berate a senior citizen man fornot realizing there was a line and walking with his coffee to the counter to pay. No one else cared or expressed any kind offrustration except this guy who began yelling at the man. The senior man apologized profusely but this employee just kept ongoing making a scene yelling at the older gentleman. My heart was broken for this poor guy. As a senior advocate and a geriatriccare professional, I completely boycott this Sheetz and I'm trying to contact the owners. That was unacceptable as a human beinglet alone someone in a customer service career! Read more

Was carded for a lighter and told it was law. I unfortunately could not find the PA law where it states you need to be 21 to... create a fire?!? I literally needed it for it?s intended purpose and nothing more. I have never been carded anywhere else for alighter and even being 21 I just feel like that?s a real power move not anything to protect anyone. Also there have beenmultiple times ordering ahead of time that I have paid as soon as I got in the store and my food was kept for up to ten minuteswith me having to ask every time if my food is ready and it being ready with them just ignoring me waiting there asking if Ipaid. There has to be a better system then just making the customer wait for their food to get cold. Service has definitely gonedown in the past three years here. Read more
