We did the car wash that was attached to the back of this sheets and got the middle wash option. It didn't even clean off the... dust from the windows...... and the car was not even that dirty to begin with. Read more

Very dirty and trash everywhere outside. Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Both stalls in the men?s restroom were out of order.... One had a sign on them and the other had feces all over the toilet lid. No towels in the dispenser. Overall, just a verypoorly managed store. Read more
Three stars for clean and cashier lady was sweet. Customer Service wack. I did an online order for pick up on the way to work... and they messed it up called in to get it fixed was instructed what to do and when I came in the lady acted weird and was rude to the cashier I think cashier was new and the workers didnt treat her nice in that situation. I just dont like that the oneperson acted like I had no right to get what I paid for. Like I did something. Im okay with mistakes luckily my boss letme leave to get it fixed but when you act like IM Inconveniencing YOU that just gets under my skin. Dont work there if you dontlike ya job sweet heart Now today 11/18/21 Went on my lunch break ordered online and picked up and sat at my desk realizingthat they just make what ever they feel like. Asked for pretzel bread I got regular no sauces for my sides thankfully my coworker had sauce from Wendy's .. I'm to pregnant for yal to make what yal want. Editing to add, I contacted Sheetz customer support. I had 14 people in front of me, and it gave the option for a callback... without losing my place in line. I waited 2.5 hours for a callback, called again and I had 1 person in front of me. Within a fewminutes someone answered. Yet I had no calls during that 2.5 hour time. Except someone calling about my car's extended warranty.According to the woman who answered, they ALWAYS make their callbacks and it was my fault for not answering or having a fullvoicemail. As I said, no other calls came in and my voicemail box was empty so nobody left a voicemail either. They justcompletely let who knows how many people cut in front of me as they didn't bother with my callback. Unless Sheetz is responsiblefor all the car extended warranty spam calls everyone gets.... Also, I did end up contacting my bank, who refunded me thatmoney, and also explained that it is the GAS STATION not THEM who controls that pre-authorization fee. They don't deserve anystars. They had no problem taking my bank card, which had money to fill up this morning. They had no problem giving ZERO gasthough. Cancelled the sale and left. Yet I've got a $100 charge for Sheetz missing from my bank, despite not getting a drop ofgas. And they can't be bothered to answer the phone. Even if you're busy you still have to answer the phone!!
