Buyer Beware! They have promotional signs everywhere through out the store. 1st their system did not recognize my $2 Vuse Vapor... Coupon for 1 Alto Pod Pack (any size pack) excuse: it's for 1 Alto Pod Pack meaning a 1 Pod pack, wrong but ok I let it go. 2ndthey have a Promo sign for .50 cents off per gallon when you buy 1 Vuse Alto Pods Pack. I used my Sheetz card at checkout andbought 2 packs, not only did it not give me .50 cents off per gallon it didn't even give me my .03 cents off per gallon. Myquestion is Why? These corporations are robbing us blind on everything yet they can't even honor their own Promotions. The kidat the register apologized and took the blame but I really don't think it was him. These companies just lie and cheat to getevery penny they can get out of us. So if you think you're getting a promo deal verify it because chances are you're not gettingit. Read more
If you?re sleeping on Sheetz coffee, WAKE UP! At 10pm when I?m out dashing and need a pickup, the Sheetz black & white mocha... HITS THE SPOT! Also, this particular Sheetz has phenomenal employees and are super friendly! This is a really unique Sheetz and I think it should stay that way. I don't want it turning into the boring fake brick cookie... cutter Sheetzes in Lancaster. I always like seeing the colors of this sheetz. The employees are very friendly too and my orderwas fast. Read more

I am disgusted with the service provided to my aunt. She is a wonderful woman who just recently beat cancer. Not only that she... is kind, respectful and the most kind soul you could meet. Yesterday she had a negative encounter with the manager Jared. Thisapproximately happened around 1730. My aunt does not live in this state nor does her state have/location have a Sheetz oraffiliate. He was a completely utter disrespectful and disgruntled employee and it is not acceptable to throw a fit because sheasked for cash change versus a gift card she can not use. I spoke with representative named Charlie this morning to talk aboutthe situation and he quickly became reserve and didn't want to comment because he wasn't there for the encounter. However he wasreceptive and did agree if in fact this occurred Jared's fit and blatant disrespectful behavior was unacceptable. We usually dobusiness with Rutters and will continue to do so. Please have a word with your staff and advise them to not assume all customersare being difficult. She simply, as I stated above does not live in this state nor do we have access in the state we live in toutilize the gift card in lieu of cash change.
