Called or order my family's subs and was told to use the online app. I tried using the online app and was unable because the app... says my email is invalid. I was told I had to come in and order and I told them that I can't. I then tried to pay over the phoneand I was told I couldn't. So I then asked are you saying not to eat at subway and I asked his name and he hung up on me! Read more

I walked in with my app. that stated, "buy a footlong sub, get a 6 inch free", there was NOT one customer in the store and three... employees that were clueless. The older woman told me that was on an online order! I said, if I go out to my car and order thenI would get that Bogo, she said yes. I uninstalled my Subway app. and that is the last bad experience I will allow myself toexperience at a Subway. Is there any wonder NO ONE was in the restaurant! I decided to go to Panera, which is way better thanhad I ordered at Subway. Read more

The owners here seem quite nice. Great service, and good, fresh ingredients. Subs were neatly constructed as well.

I was just there to get a sub, when I walked in I greeted the two young girls that were there I got no response back, 10m later... one of the says yes what you need, now I don?t always buy things there so I was reading an order for someone else she looked atme like an alien. After wards she was tossing my sub around and with attitude ask if I wanted a cookie with it. Really ?. WORSTCUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD.. I will never go back and give my money to this store again. Manager Peter train your employees first tohave better care to talk to people, customer service sucked. Young teens manners are the worse. Omg Read more

Came in Saturday august 11th, at 7:10 PM ONE person working. So , he is overworked, leading him to give HORRIBLE service.... Smashed my entire sandwich while packing it up, gave me a HANDFUL of everything I asked for (which some people may love, but Idon?t want 200 black olives on my 6 inch) Read more

Two weeks in a row I ordered subs for my grandchildren and myself and both times instead of placing what we asked for using the... subway website (1 turkey sub was supposed to have cheese, lettuce and mayo, the other Turkey sub was supposed to have lettuceand tomato) but. Instead they put everything on them. I called to inform them that there was an issue two weeks in a row andtried to let the Manager Peter know what was going on and he was obnoxiously rude to me over the phone and wouldn't let mespeak. This is very unprofessional for a Manager not to mention extremely rude. Read more
