i?ve always loved subway so i went into this subway for a change and the girl who was cutting the bread today, orange hair. not... sure of her name, she was being extremely rude. she forgot to put pepperoni on my sub, which is completely fine it happens! butwhen i said something to her while she was making my other sub she goes ?since people decide to keep interrupting me? talkingabout me when i said something to the other girl that i need pepperoni. at first i was questioning if she was talking to mebecause im in the restaurant industry and i would NEVER talk to a customer like that but she 100% was. i just can?t believe somepeople think that?s okay. wont be coming back to this subway???? Owner and supervisor purposely turned the lights out on me in the bathroom. Safety hazard and I could have slipped I know it was... with intent since I told them I was going to the restroom and I heard them talking about me taking too long in the restroom. Ithrew up and was cleaning up my mess when it happened. The owner also verbally assaulted me after harassing me for not beingfast enough to wipe tables down when there were no customers. And proceeded to block me from leaving when I decided enough wasenough and wanted to walk out. I hope not all subways are like this one. Now I understand why I've been hearing that thiscompany has such a bad reputation. No respect for others, and discrimination from the owner. And lots of harassment from higherups. I do not recommend. Had our order ( pre-order ) for hours and waits to the last min to call and tell us all they had was wheat bread left. Again... had the order for hours but waited to almost pick up time to call us about out of stock items. We were actually on the way topick the order up. Will NOT order from this location again! During my trip here, I saw staff touching their face and hair while making food and not changing gloves. I also saw the... owner/manager making food without gloves, ringing people out, and then continuing to make food without washing his hands orwearing gloves. Read more
Went in for lunch and the three guys working decided to clean the glass that separates the customer from the food that shuts... down on the food when no orders are being made. They cleaned it open with the food exposed to whatever was on the glass and thetop. Sprayed glass cleaner right by the meats and cheeses and did not wash their hands when they finished. I hope no one becomesill. We left and wont go back to this one. Read more
The staff were incredibly unfriendly. The older staff lady was rude to the younger staff lady. Another staff member was asleep... at one of the tables. I asked for double meat and they didn't have quite enough to put double meat on my sandwich and stillcharged me for double meat anyway. The older staff lady was also rude to a group of young girls, questioning their sandwichchoices and getting smart with the one girl because she didn't want any toppings on her sandwich. When we left, the old lady andthe young man who had been sleeping were out front smoking a cigarette and they stared at us as we were putting our kids in thecar. Needless to say we will not be back to that location. If it was the kind of place where you tipped, they would have got notip from me. Read more
Britney or Brittany, I can?t remember, always has a major attitude. I have gone a number of times over the last month and every... time without fail she?s snippy at best. The first few times I thought, maybe she?s just having a bad day. But it?s every time. Iget it, food service and retail sucks. I did it for 7 years but seriously if you can?t manage to have any amount of decency withcustomers, especially customers who aren?t being rude in the first place, you seriously need to find a new line of work.
