I get to the store, it was empty. However I waited for 5 minutes in that time, the employee was starting online orders. She was... talking to the other employee and said out loud, ?we prioritize online orders if they come in before people walk in the store?that?s fine but why not have one person work on the online order and the one person drop helping them and help me instead ofmaking me wait? Also said to me an employee walked out and they were super busy which they obviously weren?t. Felt like theentire conversation between the employees and me was low-key rude and passive aggressive. Also tried to push their new pizzas onme and the app on me when I kindly hinted that I wasn?t interested. I just wanted to get my sandwich and get out of there, howhard is that to understand?!? Sandwich was standard but I?ll just keep packing my lunches instead of going into subway once aweek like I used to. Read more
2/3 employees were rude and not friendly at all. One of which had an incredibly bad attitude. We won?t be coming back to this... one. Read more

I came into this location around 8:45pm and the two guys working were prepping to close. Mopping the floor and putting lids in... all the meat/cheese/veggies. This location closes at 10 so I didn't really think it was an inconvenience to be stopping in atthis time. I was wrong. The guy behind the counter made it very clear that he was unhappy with my presence and literally slappedthe meat and cheese on my sub sighing the entire time. Half way through my order a group of people came in and if looks couldkill they'd all be dead. The food here is always good but the evening service sucks! I totally understand prepping for the endof the night but they were still supposed to be open for over an hour so treating me as if I walked in 2 minutes before closingis unacceptable. Read more
The staff was polite with customers but the manager was really rude to one of his staff members. I didn't appreciate the way I... heard him talk to him like he was a dog. I was gonna say something but then I remembered I can go above him and talk to hisboss. So I hope everyone will look out for this when they go in there. Read more
Newly opened so trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The customer service was sub-par, as well as the sandwiches, and... it took forever to move through the line. Also ill-prepared for lunch hour as they tried to give me a half bowl of soup becausethey were out, and theb i had to wait 10 minutes for them to make more. Has kiosks so you can order your sub without talking to anyone. Very modern, fresh food, friendly staff, oodles of outlets for... charging devices. Would recommend. Read more
