Me and my party order our food on the Tacobell app. We arrive at the location 10 minutes later and pull into the drive threw.... The lady informs us they are out of the ground beef and asks us if we would like to cancel our $60 order. We look at each otherand realize, no one in the car ordered anything with beef... we tell her and she says ok. 15 minutes later we get our food andnone of the items are marked. 3 of us ordered 2 of their double steak grilled cheese burritos but all slightly diffrent, addonions when I'm the only one who likes onions ect. And nothing to differentiate them. The only reason I'm not leaving a one staris because the food was still tasty, but service was horrible. Read more
Worst service ever I repeated my order like 4 times. It took them a while to get everything right at the end the worker... literally mocked me. When I went to pay the first worker was nice the second that came to help which I believe was a manager wasrude and body shamed me. I know I?m on the heavy side but no one should ever disrespect a customer depending on how they look.Never going to this Taco Bell again. Read more
No bueno!!! In the area needed something fast for lunch. So Burger King was my first choice until I saw the line. So I got... excited for Taco Bell. Me being a fat boy I order a bunch of stuff ???? and like my Diablo hot sauce with it. So I got all mystuff get back to eat it and there were some problems. First my order was correct and the food was pretty good. But there wasno Diablo or any other type of hot sauce in my bag. The second was my little bag of tortilla ships had only 4 chips and a couplepieces. Those little things of customer service are so easy to make sure the little things are correct. After waiting in drive thru for 40 min. ordered 1 Chicken Burrito Supreme, with additional sour cream on side and a med. blue... raspberry drink. I told the order taker 3 times, and again after I got to window. I was never irrational or nasty with ordertaker. In my order I received a cold, nasty burrito with hardly any chicken, and about 1/2 tsp. of sour cream that I had topurchase. I'm sorry, but I can't give you a high rating because the service and food was horrible. I'm throwing out, and willnot frequent your establishment and tell my friends not to frequent either. Asked for a fresh chalupas and told them I was willing to wait and he told me they had just came out the fryer. Which they did... not, clearly. Taco was broken as you can see. No cheese on my chalupa barely anything in my taco. This is one of their mostexpensive items and this is what I received. Will not be returning. Read more
