We had the best experience here yesterday, Saturday, September 17, 2022. Patricia was our waitress and she was amazing. She was... so impressed with how well mannered our kids were when speaking to her, ordering their meals or additional drinks. We werereally appreciative of her professionalism. She was kind, respectful, appreciative of our respect towards her and we didn’tneed to ask, she already knew we were getting low on drinks. Simply a true professional and best experience we have ever had ata Texas Roadhouse ever!!! If you going to York Texas Roadhouse, ask to be put in Patricia’s area if possible. THANK YOUPATRICIA. Ashley was sweet and funny. She checked up with my husband and I often. It was so crowded and busy, they should consider outdoor... patio. It was difficult trying to find vegetarian options and the Veg plate (pick 4 sides) was disappointing. Our appetizers andbuns were better than the meal. The lighting was so low to the table I don’t now how anyone is able to see the person acrossfrom you. I would go back just for the buns :) Read more
Kevin our server was excellent. Haven't had a server give us this much attention. Gave us plenty of time to make our selections.... Our sodas were constantly refilled. Appetizer came out very quickly. As soon as we finished Appetizers our meal came out.Everything was cooked to perfection and we were treated very well. Will go back again . Read more
Are waiter was Toni, She didn’t really pay attention to us! I ask for Little pink in the steak make it Juicy, And it came out... Raw! We waited for 20 minutes never came back to check on us! I asked another waiter for help explaining it and she said thisisn’t my table, and I can’t help you out! Like seriously get manager, oh wait they both walk by as I was asking for help mybad! I get you wanna have a great time working but They really don’t pay attention to you! I won’t return to this one!Lancaster was a nicer and friendly Texas Road house! Dinner on Sunday was about 1 hour wait. Place was packed and waiting area was full. The waiter John was awesome. He was... attentive and friendly. The food took 30 mins to come including appetizers. But was expected with how busy the restaurant was.The steak and shrimp was very good. Food was overall good. Strawberry lemonade is yummy. Bathroom had no toilet paper in 2stales.i told several workers and no one took time to see who can get some for restrooms. Not a bad experience overall as far asservice and food. But....BUT.... Parking at this location is a madhouse. People are lazy to walk and will wait til somethingclose comes open causing congestion for everyone. When checking in for table front area was crowded and whole check in area wasfull. A fire hazard and a safety concern.. they asked people to wait in their cars til tables were ready but no luck on that.This is not a place to go to if you don't like crowds and some rude people. Always a good meal. Service was very good. Would have given 5 stars but didn’t get my applesauce and the wife didn’t get her... shrimp with her meal. We did get them eventually. Read more
This place is usually amazing! This time however, was not a great experience. We were seated quickly and then forgotten about. A... very nice young lady figured out we weren't being taken care of and she took care of us. We placed our whole order at once,(drinks, apps and meals) and for the first time ever, our steaks were not good. Two of us ordered med rare and one med well. 2came out medium well and the other one came out well done. We sent the two back. When they finally came back out (which took awhile) they were rare. We didn't even bother sending them back again. Just a disappointing experience this time around. We willgo back again because we love this place and I'm really hoping it was just an off day. Read more
