I went because I received a free smoothie from T-Mobile. I didn?t know it was there and I?m sure it was an incentive for... publicity. They failed miserably. #1 The restroom was filthy. I?m sure it hasn?t been cleaned in a very long time. #2 Whileplacing an order the employee was snacking on chips?actually putting them in her mouth while taking my order. #3 The sittingarea was a mess. Boxes, chairs were strewn about. #4 The smoothie was a awful. I chose the Blimey Limey. The only flavor waslime. It was very disappointing. Also, the lady who was eating was preparing my order. Eww. I wish I could give this a zero. I?m not sure if you can see cameras but I just walked out of there 9/17/22 at approximately... 3:50pm. The kid at the counter was clearly annoyed at our 3 drink order. Nothing special, just off the menu, he made the 2normal size drinks and left the kids drink on the blender, answered his cell phone, went and got his hoodie and left. Walked outof the building and said ?she?ll get it?. Literally walked out front, got in a van and left. The other older lady there rolledher eyes at us when we said uhm were still waiting for one? She said ?yea yea it?s there?. What the actual hell kind ofemployees are working here? They also don?t wear uniforms? Just ghetto looking track pants and dirty tshirts. The staff and manager were so sweet. The smoothies were delicious (we had the Watermelon mint and Mango Magic) and the avocado... grilled cheese was so good. The playlist was jamminnn and such a community vibe. So laid back. We hung in there for the longestwhile the rain passed and had the best convo with the manager. Well def be back Read more
The owner was working behind the counter. She is always polite and professional. Every time I stop in with my kids she includes... them in conversation and gets their order out quick and with a smile. It is always clean and a well kept location. Read more
Unfortunately I could not leave a -1. I made a order online 30 minutes prior to getting to the store due to my experience with a... previous order taking about 50 minutes. When I arrived to the store today the lady behind the counter said I would have to takemy order (chicken quesadilla and a turkey and cheese wrap) home and put it in the oven because their over was not working. Iasked her to repeat herself because I thought she was joking. She then repeated it and said "well it's warm but it's not crunchyso you will have to take it home." I explained that I'm not going home and why would I want to take my order home to completethe cooking process. She the responded well you understand right. I order online - they were supposed to open at 10 and I ordered at 11? I pull up around 11:15a and the doors are locked. Stools... are still on the counter, lights are off, and the one works was just hanging out. I walk up to the door and they let me inbecause I ordered online. I got two detox island greens and the one wasn?t even blended all the way. I order kale slow as myside and paid extra to find out they don?t have any. I asked for a refund because I paid extra and they said we don?t havechange?. Read more
I originally had a bad review, but go almost daily now. Tropical Smoothie doesn't allow them to shut the service off when... they're understaffed/closed. The food at this one is definitely the best though and hopefully staffing/availability can improvefor them to stay open longer. They've really put a good amount of effort to clean up the place from the previous owners and thefood is always consistent/good at this one. Read more
