Update over a year: 11/5/22 new rude employees. They don?t acknowledge you when you walk in just look at you like your an... inconvenience. They need to have training on customer service at 2 of the York locations. 1streview Did an online order and walk in to get my food and smoothie. 3 workers no one speaks or acknowledges you. The oneemployee just rolls her eyes as she places orders down and dumps smoothies in the cup. I realize it?s my order that?s she donewith. No one calls orders out I just have to look at the receipt to find my order to get it. The date is 9/24 at 2:10 pm. Ifthat narrows down the workers. I get we all have bad days at work but you work in customer service where your dealing withcustomers fix your attitude or get a job where you can work alone. Read more
Good but slow service - took a half hour to get two smoothies at lunchtime. Short-staffed and makes me think twice before coming... back. Smoothie King much faster. I find many Tropical Smoothie locations are slow and staff are minimally trained in customerservice. Read more
Husband and I got smoothies here on 8/28/22 and both tasted like nothing. I'm assuming too much ice and not enough actual... substance to the smoothies. Read more
Employees are rude. No one acknowledges you or greets you when you walk. Employees seem to have an attitude.Lastly, food quality... was not good; ordered a Buffalo Chicken wrap and it was drenched in so much Buffalo sauce the wrap was soggy. Will not return tothis PA location Read more
The smoothies here are very delicious, as is the food they serve. It can be a little pricey, but smoothies normally are. The... staff are all very young, but they try their best, although you can tell when they get overwhelmed. Nevertheless, they are allvery friendly, and have great customer service overall. The inside of the restaurant was clean, but there isn't anything reallyspecial about the decor or seating that makes you want to stay there to eat. Whoever is working the closing hours is not doing there job. These kids are not about service whatsoever. I had to tell them 2... times what my order was. Plus it doesn't take 30 minutes to perform the task at hand. The young lady said if it's not done rightyou can come back tomorrow and they will will do correctly. How do you tell a customer that. Unprofessional. Kids at work don'tunderstand its a job that needs respect. Boss man you need to check your workers on proper etiquette. Read more

I went in today about noon and was the only customer. There were two staff who looked and then completely ignored me. I stood... there waiting to no avail. Finally I asked if they were open for business. Mild response. I asked if there were any specials.One staff rattled off favorite items from the menu. Her arm was in sling. I got the impression she would be preparing the food.So I turned around and left. The not being greeted seems to be a theme for certain customers.
