Like most fast food places, it's hit or miss, which is why I am giving this Wendy's 2 stars. Walking in, the atmosphere seemed... cleanly, but lacked enthusiasm. No one appreciated being there it seemed. When we ordered, we were served after the couple andkids waiting for their food (they had more than me and my boyfriend, and we didn't even receive cups right away.) After we gotour food, my boyfriend's order was correct, but mine somehow was wrong. I had asked for 3 Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe sandwiches andwas told that there was no mustard in them, but when I opened up my sandwiches, they were 3 Cheeseburgers, complete withmustard, no lettuce, tomato, or onion like the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe is supposed to have. Now, I get mistakes happen, which iswhy I didn't say anything, but I do feel that my needs were not met. Customer service does not mean the customer is alwaysright, but that also means you should try to meet the customer's needs, especially when it comes to the product you aremaking. I gotta give this place a 5 stars as they got me through a busy drive through faster than chick-fil-a, and I?m so use to going... to Wendy?s in my own area where either the fries or the nuggets are always soggy or sadly made. These where the best nuggets andfries I?ve had from a Wendy?s since my childhood. I don?t think I was in that drive through for more than 3 minutes. I?m veryimpressed and I simply wasn?t expecting that kind of service from a Wendy?s until now. The manager should give praise to thestaffs processes in the building as it is giving great customer service and speed. Read more
Has to be the worst Wendys anywhere, there seriously cannot (surely) be any worse. Doordash order with 9 items from... burgers/fries, nuggets, kids meals and chili etc and 2 items arrived, Kids meal (missing the drink) and some kind of chickenburger which did not match the one ordered. Both of those items were ice cold, the dasher arrived within expected delivery timeand I spoke with him about the missing items. We did get a bonus item though, some fries in cheese sauce- also ice cold. Calledthe store and was asked to drive in to resolve the issue, not sure they quite understand the purpose of DD, if I could havedriven in I would have and collected my order in person. DD on the other hand were very helpful and understanding, refundingthe entire order. Read more
I understand some things are hard to get due to made up supply chain issues. But EVERY time I go there and order the two things... my wife likes to eat there they are out of it. Baked potatoes and chili. I get the feeling it?s pile ordering ice cream atMcDonald?s, it?s always broken. Just disappointing. Read more
Super slow! Been here quite a few times over past 6yrs and it's been slow service 95% of the time. Whether it's drive thru or... dine in it doesn't matter. There's no advantage to getting faster service. They're equally slow! I've walked out twice withoutordering anything because they were taking so long. I don't get it, it's like there's no sense of urgency when they get busy.They need better management and training. This place will make you late for work or waste your whole lunch break if you stopthere to get food before work or during your lunch break...smh Read more
Ordered chicken nuggets and large fries through the drive thru the person taking my order sounded and acted like I was bothering... her and the large fry well look at the picture, and no there weren't any fries in the bag. Way to phone it in Wendy's. Read more
Depressing! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the mayonnaise amount was so little! I bit into disappointment and the... sandwich was dry. I WISH I COULD RATE 0 STARS!!!! Read more
Wendy's in Strinestown is a rather dirty store in general. When I was there the beverage machine was not working. No ice except... what was given at the counter. All beverages had no carbination and the taste was terrible. Also, the staff seemed to becarrying on quite a bit even with customers inside. Just not a good experience. Read more
