Drive through was wrapped around the building. We still got through in a reasonable amount of time. Could have been quicker but... still wasn't bad. A lot of police in the area since this is right by the county jail. Not sure how I feel about that. Read more
went here for the first time and fell in love with their chicken. I order chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and... when I opened their mashed potato container I was shocked to see white gravy and it tasted absolutely perfect. Read more
Went by bojangles this morning wait was bad food not made properly and if I would have know who your manager was I would have... never gone there. I knew him from a previous job across the street and he is rude and disrespectful. He obviously remembered mebecause he handed me my change and shut the drive through window hard. But now I know he works there I wish all the employeesgood luck because when he wants you gone he will do anything to get rid of you. I'll never go there again. Read more
Please train your workers, none of them know what comes in the family meals. Its always wrong, either missing biscuits, or... chicken. Apparently they can't count. If my order is supposed to come with 8 biscuits, I expect to get 8 not 4. If my ordercomes with 20 pieces of chicken, I expect 20 not 16. And also don't forget the gravy with the mashed potatoes. Your drive through people are rude. Me and my wife were just ordering and the girl on the mic kept saying "is that it" after... each meal in a rude tone. The correct term is, "what else can I get for you". They way she was speaking to us sounded like shewas trying to end the order as fast as possible. That's not how this works. Do better Read more
Usually good, but this location tends to take their biscuits out too early and they are consistantly under-done. Friendly... people. They need MawMaw to bake those biscuits right. Read more
Tried to cancel an APP order after I realized they charge $0.50 convenience fee for placing a drive thru order. CRAZY. Lost me... as a customer. That's robbery IMHO. Read more
