So this was our first ever experience with a huddle house and we ordered it via delivery through door dash. There were some... definite highlights on the meals and we did have a rather large order. The one thing I can say is that multiple things wentwrong in the order which was really frustrating and disappointing. First off an entire order of hashbrowns with toppings addedwas missed. The ham that came in one of the meals was by far the worst, most foul tasting meat I have ever been served, it wasalmost as thin as paper, and it was completely dry. The side of mac and cheese ordered tasted very off and not appetizing atall. The burger in all tasted really delicious aside from the fact of the lettuce being totally wilted and the bun was burnt.The hashbrowns that we did end up getting with other meals were okay but they were very crunchy. The blueberry muffin biteswith cream cheese dip was very good. The BLT, appetizer plate, omelet, biscuits and gravy, and waffle were all served properlyand tasted as expected. Read more
Poor service. I understand that they are training a new cook. But the other waitress could have helped the other waitress out..... I asked for scrambled eggs with diced tomatoes in it and that wasn't done.. my mom order her hash browns well done and thatwasn't done... We literally had to raise our voices to get drinks refilled.. teamwork goes a long way.. if 1 waitress has tohelp cook out, then the other waitress should step in and NOT sit down with customers when tables NEEDED to be bused and clean.and other customers had issues as well.. Natalie(our waitress) and Amanda(the manager) were great. Very attentive and super friendly. I ordered the smokehouse platter... and I?m very picky but everything was perfect. My eggs were exactly how I wanted and all of my substitutes were correct.Definitely recommend coming here Read more

Went to Huddle House at 1:45pm and waitress said they didn?t have any clean dishes and they couldn?t wash them either. She said... they are not servicing anyone else. How? Why? Because the employees are too lazy to wash a dish? Even though there was only 5customers in the restaurant. After we left, they locked the doors and a couple customers were still in the place. You can notlock customers in your establishment during open hours. Also this is our second time here today. We came this morning around11am with same issue. I won?t be returning. Horrible service! The food was very good, our server, Ashley, was wonderful. However, whomever was doing the cooking today, we were told it was a... new cook, should be able to prepare all dishes on the menu or have someone there that does. Our food took almost an hour to beprepared. People came in, sat down and were served several times after us. We were told the ticket was misplaced, then told itwas a new cook, " who didn't know eggs from benedict", which was what my wife ordered. Again, when we finally got our food itwas good, and our server was very gracious, but holding up an order for almost an hour because the cook doesn't know how tomakes eggs Benedict is a little ridiculous. Could have just come back to the table and said they didn't know how to make it, ordidn't have what was needed. Please do better guys. Read more
We stopped here after a quick visit to York. The waitress and the cooks were very friendly. They accidently made me scrambled... eggs instead of over easy eggs, and the waitress caught it and they brought me both. Food is inexpensive and you get plenty(even without the extra eggs). We got the appetizer sampler and I got a breakfast combo. Read more
Ashley was our server she was awesome, I got the southwest bowl it was super good and everything was fresh in it.
