This is absolutely by far the best place to get a snow cone. They have so many different flavors and so many different toppings... it is honestly hard to choose what you want because there are so many different options. They also serve ice cream and the owneris absolutely the kindest person you will ever even meet. My family loves this place! The shaved ice is absolutely perfect and they use just the right amount of flavoring. Get the... Pelican coins. It?s 25 coins for $20 and each coin is valued at a dollar. We go enough that we can purchase those coins prettyoften and save. They also have a lot of fun kids toys and playground. It?s a little dirty and outdated, but my daughter lovesit. They do a pretty good job keeping spills cleaned up so the bees stay away, but they?re still there sometimes. You can?treally help that though. Read more
I love Pelicans! The snocones are so light and refreshing! I like that they offer sugar free options too. The Pelicans in York... is my favorite and I am happy to support a local small business. The staff is friendly and helpful. Get the best bang for yourbuck by investing in Pelican dollars. You pay $20 for $25 worth, so it's like getting $5 for free. Trust me, you will use it! Read more

We go to this Pelicans when we are at my parents.. Best Pelicans I've ever been to. The owner is so friendly and always doing... whatever he can for his customers. Prices are also less than the Pelicans I go to where I live and there is nothing outside toplay with or to keep kids occupied. The owner of this Pelicans has a set up outside that is awesome, both for kids and adults. Ihighly recommend this location and we will continue to bring business here because we've had such a great experience every time!Thank you! Read more
They have the best snow cones (snowballs). Its the shaved ice unlike some places where its mre if a crushed ice. The owner is... super nice and so is the staff. They want you to have a great experience. Plus, they have a fun area for the kids to play whileyour there. Read more
This is my family's new favorite place to eat. We tried these at the 4th of July bash at the school and couldn't get enough. My... son loves that there is a shark one. And my oldest favorite flavor is butter beer. I tried the ice cream in it today and it wasgood. Definitely will be having it again. I can't wait to go back next weekend.
