I placed a order, talked to a manager who was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and HOSTIL about not receiving my order the next day or my... money. Ordered online and it said 25 to 35 minutes. Waited that time to then be told another 45 minutes. Asked for a full refund and... was told no. Pizza finally delivered and the entire order was wrong. I was delivered someone else's order. I'm still waitingfor my refund. I finally just went and got something else for lunch. I couldn't wait another hour and a half for them to figureit out. "Regional manager" extremely rude when trying to figure out how to either get refunded or come get my own food. Read more
Ordered food for my family and got expired drinks called just to see what they would do bc being a manager I would replace and... apologize to the customer. All the manager had to say was I wasn't here the other night. I told her being a manager I would liketo know if I sold expired product. The manager didn't care at all. Very bad customer service! I know how it is and i would neverlet a customer call and complain without offering to fix the problem so they will return. Will not be back! Read more
No complaints regarding customer service, called in for pick up, staff was friendly and food ready in a timely manor. We wanted... to try the new oven baked Pasta bowl, Italian meat. We?ll never order from this location again! Ordered on the mobile app for a extremely simple carry out order. Had to wait an... hour passed the pickup time. Got home and it wasn?t even right! Then gave an hour out for us to pickup the replacement pizza andwhat do you know? Wasn?t even ready again!!! Of course understaffed NOT their fault. The computer system needs to be updated. Ordered online and said ready in 15. Waited... another 20 once there. Could have used that time to do something else. That's why I ordered with pick up time to adjust. Againnot the employees fault. Read more
I am not sure where to begin lol, got my money back finally after I told the lazy manager/woman to call the district manager and... she did. Also told them I didn?t want to spend all night at Pizza Hut when they offered to make another one. Why would theyeven serve something like this, good thing is I am not even hungry anymore. The lobby was full of people waiting for orders aswell, the staff has gone down hill and it was a horrible experience. The pizza on one side was nothing but crust, no toppings,sauce or cheese. The manager was very rude and lazy. I use to love the Pizza Hut in York and was thankful we had one smh. Read more
The GM of this store Tasha is very rude and nasty. Doesn?t care about customers , my order was incorrect and the bread was hard... as rocks and she refused to remake order or give refund. Didn?t want to provide a corporate number. Food was NASTY. Will neverbe back. Read more
