Wish there was a negative star rating. No chicken gets a attitude cause we want to change to a product that don?t use chicken... and gives us wrong freeze drinks to say they don?t got them also. This is the third time I have went to this location and ?their system is down?, not allowing them to take orders. Seems like if... your system is down that much, you may need to invest in a new system. It?s also gross to see the one employee that is thereoutside the front doors smoking. Read more
My husband and I went in on 10/23 at around 3pm. We didn't receive a few items in our order and I politely went up to the... counter. I then received the rest of our order, but wanted no sour cream and I decided to go ahead and just deal with it.However, the woman I guess heard me tell my husband that it was wrong but I'd go ahead and eat it, was standing behind thecounter screaming at me at the other end of the restaurant that this is what it said on the screen. I dont know the reason forher attitude, but I won't be going back to this taco bell if the cook it too incompetent to read an order. Mind you this wasordered was taken at their kiosk. Read more
My partner drove through at about 10:40p on 10/6/2022. Our order is somewhat complex, and while he has it down for it to be rung... up and made as easily as possible, tonight, they pleaded with him not to make the requests, because there was one person insiderunning the *entire* line. We're understanding people, so he was like yeah no problem. Get home and open the bag? Yall, thisman running the whole line made the *BEST* food I've had from this Taco Bell in weeks. I wanted to write this in the event thestore or (even he) sees this because **thank! you!** the quesadilla was drowning in sauce (what I wanted), nachos lacked theright items and double the add ons (what I wanted). Sir, you're my hero for the day, because that food was so good, it's how Ialways want my Taco Bell to be. thank you. please appreciate your fast food and other minimum wage workers especially hard,chances are they're understaffed . Out of food, again, service poor at best. Slow. Thinking of driving extra 5 min to one on Heckle so bad. 4th time with this... thought. Not their fault I keep going back but dang. Has had many chances...orders also repeatedly wrong. Needs bettermanagement to help encourage and boost morale...which equals better service (even if the food runs out). Read more
Last nights service was spectacular. The guy on the intercom was well mannered and nice. The lady at the window Taking the money... was also well mannered, nice and prompt with our order. Our food was correct except for 2 of our tacos and that's no biggie. Read more
I can't decide if the person who make my order hates their job or hates the customers. This store used to make a good product,... but not anymore. The tacos I just received yesterday had next to NOTHING in them...check the attached picture on what to expect.When I went to unwrap taco from the packaging, it was literally flat. Ordered online. Paid with a debit card. Got to the window and was told I still owed .10 cents...?? Not even sure how that was... possible after I even "rounded up" for charity on my debit card...but I handed over the dime. Order was wrong so I parked andwalked in to exchange for the correct order. Started eating and everything on my burrito was still wrong including ZERO chickenin it...only a Tortilla with sour cream, and ranch inside? Seriously? If it weren't for the mango tea, which I love, I wouldn'tgo back. Only stopping for a drink in the future...ill pass on the food. Disappointed! Read more
