Waitress was super nice. Food was good, but it was cold. We each had chicken fingers and one had fried shrimp. Child had grilled... cheese so nothing out of ordinary. It was birthday dinner so we stayed to visit and they didn't mind at all. Will return. Lovetheir food normally. Read more
Great place to hold family gatherings and birthday parties not to mention it?s a great place to get a drink to keep yourself... calm from the children, one drink will hold you over and the food is amazing! Great waitress and great bartenders especially theone with the blonde curly hair!! Always the sweetest and makes the best drinks! Ravens pretty good too and Jon definitely holdsgreat conversation! Firstly, I?ll say I?ve always enjoyed the food here. Now, Getting someone to wait on you is the issue. I don?t leave negative... reviews, but I just walked into the restaurant at 5pm on Sunday evening with only 2 other customers in the whole place. Therewere 7-8 staff members behind the counter at the front, and for over 10 minutes my family sat there waiting to be acknowledged.Not one person came up to us to take our drink order, or tell us someone would be with us shortly, or even make eye contact withus?absolutely nothing. So we walked out? still hungry. Disappointing and we probably won?t be back. Do better. Read more
We haven?t lived in York long, but I?ll tell you we LOVE this restaurant. You can ask for extra Krispy fries, the sauces are... great! We did hear something like if a customer tips on the credit or debit card, it?s taken out of the servers per hour. Ihope that?s not true. We?ve had great experiences here. They even have music bingo on Thursdays. Very much a family restaurant. Read more
When it?s good it is good. I eat here not as often now because before when I ate here more frequently it was like hit or miss on... how the food tasted. Now that I don?t eat it as often it?s always on point. The wings are really good when they are nice andcrispy, delicious. If they?re not crispy they not as good. I love the chicken tenders too. I always order my chicken extracrispy. I always get my food to go. I love the hot honey flavor, sweet Thai chili and few more. And their ranch dipping sauce isyummy. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!! First off the food was absolutely horrible and of I could give a negative star I would. I actually had to call... the police over a food order.. To explain, We had an order that was placed online and the girl who placed it, placed itincorrectly. I called the store and tried to explain but I was met with one of the most rude managers I've ever dealt with. Iasked to speak to the owner to explain my issue with their service and they refused. I then explained that I was going to reportthem to the health department and the BBB, so I legally requested their business license number. However, they also refused togive it to me, which is a misdemeanor and a business regulation violation for any retail or food service establishment. I wasalso called a few choice names in the background while they spoke to the owner.... this was the most disrespectful andunprofessional interaction I've ever had at an establishment. Read more
Sooo, this place is going down hill, and fast. We really enjoyed this place...but after a few blunders, no mas. The last straw... are the pictures shown. This is a 4 piece tender with fries.....just sad. So tiny. My daughter's tender looked like a largeshrimp. We were told they cut a breast up into 4 pieces and fry them. Maybe they should think about just ordering chickentenderloins and not passing this as a meal for a hungry individual. Do not come spend your hard earned money at this place. Read more
Food is always good. Service not so much. I stood at the counter for a pickup order I already paid online for like 3 minutes.... I?m looking the lady in her eyes while she doesn?t acknowledge me and keeps talking to her customers. After getting tired ofwaiting I just grabbed my food and left as she yells at me to see if I have a pickup order. Disgusting. I think her name wasRaven possibly according to my ticket.
