I was working here through the last summer as a housekeeper and dishwasher. This hotel is amazing. Sanitation standards are very... high both for rooms and for kitchen. Food is great. A wonderful first stop on a driving tour of Maine leaving from Boston. This inn is beautifully maintained. We stayed in the... Chapman Cottage and had a very large accommodation with fireplaces in both the bedroom and the huge bathroom. We walked thehalf mile to the main inn for breakfasts and enjoyed the scenery and gingerbread homes. Dinners at their main restaurant“1637” were fabulous! We enjoyed hiking the Cliff Walk and the Fisherman’s Walk out to the Wiggly Bridge and then intotown. Loved our stay here! Read more

This inn was everything, and will always hold a special place in my heart, my husband and i tied the knot at this inn, i worked... with Emily she was our wedding coordinator and helped with everything, she was so hands on and and made our wedding daycompletely stress free! The inn is so beautiful, awesome character in the location is perfect! The breakfast they serve everymorning is also delicious! I will recommend this inn to anyone! It was just a very beautiful place. The staff was always verywelcoming and friendly and help us with anything we needed.
