Burger King got rid of the spicy chicken and replaced it with a Royal Chicken, I tried the royal. The chicken was chewy like... fish, don?t buy it. Not the mention the size of the new chicken patty is so tiny. Worst sandwich ever Read more

Food proportions have completely dwindled! And your lucky if u get the amount of chicken fries or nuggets you purchased along... with a full amount of fries! I've seen them fill the fries container with 9 french fries before. Whopper Jr's well that's abouta bite in a half. Save your money go to a real restaurant! Read more
3 other people ordered chicken fries so I assumed they would be fresh they were so old fried multiple times so I brought it to... managers attention she then brought ice cold chicken fries mind you they were for my 2 yr old he got so mad bc even he knew howbad they were. This location is fast and not very busy. The bathrooms were dirty. The food was fresh and typical Burger King quality.
Had to pull over for my order at the Drive through. We ordered 5 16 pc chicken nuggets and they sent out 10 8 pc little bags.... Half the order was barely luke warm. They should have had the courtesy to cook them all together. This is a normal stoppingpoint for us half way to our mountain property. Ir seems like the last 3 times we ordered here, the food was barely warm andthe fries were hirrible! Don't think I will be returning here anymore. Id rather travel a little further for a halfway pointthan get horrible food at an outrageous price! Read more
We go to Buffalo, NY twice a week, we like to stop about 1/2 way to get a snack. I ordered the country chicken sandwich, it was... gross, the chicken was dried out, maybe it was precooked and sat for a good long time and had so much gristle or just driedmeat, I'm not sure what! My husband got a whopper and it looked like it was dropped on the floor, the bun was broken andsmashed, it looked like it had been sitting in juice for a while, it fell apart at first bite. Also people were handling thefood with the same gloves as they handled the money. Needless to say we through the dinner out and will Not be going back again. Read more
Waiting for someone to take our order took approximately 7minutes and nobody was ahead of us. Employees just kept walking by us.... Our order was wrong and while we waited for our order a man came in 3 different times because his order wasn't right. Read more
