Drove from Regina to visit my husband who’s in Yorkton for work. Decided on Boston Pizza for a late lunch. Being a server... myself I have high expectations, we had Gina N as a server and she was so nice. Very welcoming and provided incredible service!I would highly recommend if your passing thru and come here that you hopefully get her as a server! Nothing like waiting 15 minutes for your server to acknowledge you and ask what you want to drink. When we got our meal she... didn't even check up on us or she would know she forgot cutlery and sides. On the plus side she didn't know how to count changeback so we got a extra 88 cents. Ridiculous standards this place has. Read more
Really Boston Pizza is this your standards? The wait staff put our order in and came back with these Cactus cuts and "oh the... kitchen had these done" put them on the table and left. Clearly you can seen plain as day that you would not serve this toanyone. But she did and didn't even ask how we are doing really take some pride in your job. I would have said these arehorrible look how over way over done they are. Unacceptable they never should have been served to us there's no way that by thetime she put the order in and went to the kitchen they were done that is 10 seconds. Just horrible the wait staff didn't evenbother to come and refill the coffee or the iced tea that we have at 4.00 each you think you would get more than one cup at thatprice. I know Boston Pizza standards are a tad bit higher but this was a horrible experience I don't think I'll ever go back toBoston Pizza in Yorkton at least not when that wait staff is working she was horrible didn't even care. DO NOT COME HERE! For starters, the tables were dirty. We were a party of 7 and the waitress came for our drink order before... even giving us menus. After we said something about the menus, she stopped taking our drink orders, went to get menus and onlybrought back four. The waitress had rolled her eyes at least once that we saw. The final straw was when my husband noticed thatthere was something stuck to the inside of his coffee cup. We immediately asked for the bill and left. Landed her with my wife and 3 kids. Server was prompt and friendly in taking drink order. Ordered bottled beer for myself and... the beer had an awful metallic taste. Got another draught beer and it was served in a chipped and cracked glass. Complained tomanager and was offered a new drink, I refused and got a free pop instead. Food was slow to come out except my appetizer. Kidshamburger had a rock hard bun and looked unappetizing. Was a really busy night, but I wasn’t happy with the food at all.Server was decent. Read more
Have had several bad experiences here over the last while. Slow service, poor food quality, rude servers. Decided to try again.... Took forever to get service. Others who sat down after us got served and order. This was my $18 steak sandwich. Embarrassing. Nocutlery was provided until we had to ask. Not sure what's happening here, but it needs to be fixed. For what I usual come for, I have no problems. Lunch here is definitely a 4 star experience due to rushed staff. I usually come... for drinks and snacks. Waitresses are always nice and friendly, especially Amy, who is always very helpful and attentive. Read more
