Poor service. Sat and waited 25 minutes never took our order, so gave up and walked out.
Oct 3, 2022. I didn?t get a chance to eat here. The sign said they close at 9 PM?I walked in to grab some takeout at 8:35 PM.... The girl at the counter turned me away because they usually only take orders until 8:30 PM she said. She asked what I wantedfirst actually and I said to see a menu, so sounded like she was prepared to take my order as long as it was a quick one. Butwouldn?t hand me the menu to give me a chance before she said sorry?I don?t know the menu off by heart. I drive truck and justfinished a 17 hr day?was tired and hungry. So much for truckers being the hero?s anymore. One would think after Covid and allthe business that restaurants lost, that this one would have worked a couple extra minutes later to fill a hungry trucker?sbelly?there were still patrons dining with near full plates on their table as I was turned away. Save your money and time, go somewhere else. I adore Humpty's as a franchise and I heard that the owners of this place are a... delight. However, the quality is horrid. Their staff rotate who is at what station, meaning that you may get a table first justbecause you stood closer to the desk, despite others being told to sit and wait. For further context, it seems the waiters alsoare the cooks. This leads to natural inefficiencies. They did not follow instructions on my order and when I asked them toremake it due to allergies, they simply scraped the items I was allergic to off my food. I still got ill because it wascontaminated, as shown by the stains on the bun that it was not remade. The waiter apologized and gave us 10% off, but I stillpaid $20 for food that caused an allergic reaction. No thank you! Read more
This was one of the worst experience I?ve had in a very long time Got to Table quickly unfortunately after twenty minutes I had... to go and ask a different server to serve us the other server proceeded to just tell the table behind us her life story while wewait to order drinks once the other server was bringing us drinks she finally came over we told her that she took to long andasked for a different server Her comment was customer service is why she did I will never stop there again and will tell everyperson I know Read more
Absolutely nothing bad I can say about my experience here. The waitress that we had the night of may 8th 2022 was Absolutely the... nicest ever! There was no delay in ordering. Food was prepared quick and tasted amazing! There was a less fortunate gentlemanthat came in after us and sat behind up. They just wanted some pie. As he make conversation with her she was super friendlyabout it and you don't find that everywhere. Great place. Read more
I've always loved Humptys, been going there intermittently for 30 years, but this past visit was not good sadly. Food good as... always, but service was not good. I hope they were just having an off day. Was not busy, but waited a long time to be seated,then waited 15 minutes before a waitress came over, even though there were waitresses just wiping tables. Just not a good vibe. Hoping the girls were just having an off day. Food was good as always though. Just maybe untrained new waitresses? This wasin the evening. Went for breakfast, definitely 5 stars, the waitress was fabulous! Read more
Had a classic burger and fries on Apr/16/2022 7:00 pm. A bit on the pricey side but was very good. The skinny girl seating... people was the most unfriendly person I?ve met in a restaurant in a very long time. I personally would fire her. Thankfully thewaitress serving me was very friendly and made up for what the other was lacking. The guy in the convenient store was also quitefriendly. Read more
Save you're money, went here for a breakfast and the food beauty tasted like anything and was over priced
