This place is a s**t show always. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, they pulled me up to wait, I waited ten minutes before being... told they don?t have sausage, so I have to get bacon which I don?t want. Finally bring me my food and forget the hash browns. SoI have to go inside and watch a circus of employees seemingly doing nothing. I get home to realize the sandwich is made wrongand disgusting. I would give this place 0 stars but I cant do that so they get one. This place ran out of potato wedges,They forgot to cook my... grilled cheese it was cold and uncooked LIKE YOUR DONE.They messed up my order gave me the wrong thing. Forgot cream for mycoffee. Evening staff is amazing! Morning staff are horrible!. 99.9% of time my order gets messed up in Morning......... either missing... something on a breakfast sandwich or coffee is old. Read more
This really is a location I?ll be avoiding from now on - from getting my order wrong to food being over-cooked or not the way I... ask, there?s always a problem here. On top of it, the staff likes to park in front of the restaurant, blocking all the goodstalls for customers. Just go down the road to the Wendy?s/Tim?s location. Read more
Takes ur points and doesn't give the free coffee. Also the coffee tastes old. Not worth the hassle they give.
Very disappointed. Just waited 25 min for a breakfast sandwich with a hash brown and a breakfast wrap. After ordering and... paying, the cashier told us to go wait in the parking lot. 15 min later my husband went in to ask if our food was still comingor not and the girls in the kitchen started giggling and said it'll be ready in 2 min. 10 min later they gave him our food, hebegan to walk out and looked in the bag and they had forgotten the hashbrown so he had to go back and get it. We are a 2 mindrive to this Tim Hortons but are now considering just going to McDonald's for our food and coffee. Horrible experience, not tomention we wanted to grap something "quick" before our 2 hr drive to see a relative in hospital. Read more
