Probably it was only today but my order was incomplete. My friend went to pick up my order at starbucks at this location and the... guy at the drive thru just told him that it was only the coffee, I told my friend to go back and show them the online receipt tothe same guy (that I was missing the food from my order) the guy just told him like ?are you trying to get free food?? it wasonly the coffee dude?, my friend requested the manager and they saw through the computer my online order and the guy realizedthat it was missing my food. the manager is rude. The baristas are unprofessional. The blonde woman cares more about flirting. This place needs a new... manager. Even though there are old and young people working, very immature. Get new management. Read more
It?s unfortunate I have to rate this location unfavorably. The drive thru was backed up and just trying to get out of the small... lot was a challenge with cars blocking access. The service was incredibly slow. When I went inside to order, I was told bystaff there was a 10 minute wait which actually became more like 20 minutes. Mobile orders were constantly fulfilled but thoseof us who ordered in person had a long wait. I finally got my coffee but my food order was forgotten and I had to yet again waitfor it. This Starbucks location started out great when it first opened, unfortunately, cannot say the same, they?re always out of... everything no matter how early you get there. On certain days and times that I?ve frequent there through the drive-through. thestaff is very nice I guess it depends on how they?re feeling and how their day is starting. The sandwiches are terrible theylook nothing like the photos. Total disaster they?re missing ingredients. What?s the fun and the point of going to Starbucks,when they?re not going to make the sandwiches the way that they?re portrayed or the drinks and you?re paying all this money fora service. Starbucks is not cheap. Very disappointing because I find That most of the locations within the area are pretty muchthe same with not getting the orders correct or making the drinks?? it?s just not enjoyable. This is how I got my hot chocolate. There isn't really chocolaty and no whip cream that I ask for. The worst experience ever.
