Outstanding! First time at this location. We told them we were in a hurry, which isn't ideal at a BBQ place but they provided... outstanding quick service. 1/2 chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The pulled port shoulder melted in my mouth and wasa generous portion. Homemade Mac&cheese, mashed potatoes and seasoned fries were all handmade and delicious. I never write reviews unless I am exceptionally impressed or exceptionally disappointed in my service. I just hosted a... graduation party for my godson and he requested it to be catered by County Grill. I worked with Sydney and I cannot tell you theattention to detail she provided. She was very graceful and professional, a true leader! She exceeded my expectations andfollowed up right up to pickup time. I rarely get this type of service. When I picked up my order, the ?to go? staff hadeverything bagged and ready to go right on time. Everyone at the party kept going on and on about how delicious the pork was,and how wonderful everything tasted. Everyone wanted to know where the food was from so they could order from them in thefuture. Many people will be asking for Sydney to handle their parties and events in the future! Don't let the location/outside fool you. Some of the best BBQ is inside this smokehouse. They have multiple BBQ sauces for every... pallet! The fries are excellent. All of it was wonderful. I am unsure where to start? I truly want to love this BBQ restaurant but the last three times I?ve ordered food, they clearly... forgot the BBQ sauce. I?ve called each time to explain my dissatisfaction but I?m put on hold for a supervisor or manager and noone ever comes back. Considering that our average order is around $80 and I?m using Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce on my food, I?mpretty disappointed! The other items are great but that?s not why I?m ordering from there. This is the first time eating here and it was amazing. We were quickly seated and had ice tea in front of us in 5 minutes. I had... the smoked Reuben, and my friends had the brisket sandwich. This place has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember. It might have changed a little bit since I was a kid but... the menu has always had the same good food! There are dozens of trophies that represent them winning food competitions on thewalls for proof! It might seem a little expensive if you look at the menu online but you get a ton of food. The staff is alwaysnice, there's always a lot of them, and there are a bunch of different sauces you pick for your meats. Love this place and can'trecommend it enough! Read more
