This business is very unprofessional and needs to close. I go there around 6 something on 10/1/22, get to the window all I hear... is someone clicking the speaker before they asked to take my order, it took awhile before someone came on, then when the youngman ask to take my order all you could here is laughing. I proceeded not to waste my money on this business. This place needs toclose. Will not recommend to no one. Very disgusting to not have professional customer service skills. Read more

Every time I come to this location the two managers who are the older ladies are the rudest people I?ve ever encountered. The... young workers are always so kind but the managers are terrible. They interrupt when you?re talking and give you attitude andmake snarky comments and talk to their younger employees the same exact way. I usually stop here on my way to work or on my way home. The manager Amy (or Ann) is by far the worst. She is RUDE, horrible and... talks down to the customer. Today is the last day I will be stopping at this particular DD location. I requested my chillermedium with very little ice, Amy (or Ann) repeated the order back to me. I was surprised that when I got to the pick up windowthe worker filled the glass full of ice. When she brought it to the window I told her I requested very little ice. She obviouslywas very upset that I corrected the order to her. Amy, the manager came back to window and started ragging on me how her workersare trying their best and I didn't need to be rude to them. HOW in Gods green earth was that rude? I corrected the order, thatwas it. Didn't talk to her demeaning, yell or spew profanities just told her I had ordered it with very little ice. Amy themanager is by far the rudest, demoralizing and nasty manager I have ever had to deal with. After many visits to this DD, this ismy last. If I could give this place zero stars I would I sent my father in to get me a doughnut and he asked for the chocolate glazed... doughnut and literally even pointed to it for them so that would understand. Yet they picked a completely different doughnut,over the past few months I?ve had numerous bad experiences with multiple Dunkin?s including this one. I was waited on today by Ann - she was incredibly rude to me ? my bill was 5.62 ? I gave her my money ($50) and exact change she... was like do you have anything smaller I told her no she gave me my change and then as I pulled away proceeded to yell what timedoes the bank open? I?m sorry it was 0636 am and I?m 100 % positive you know the bank doesn?t open til 9. If she had beenlistening I had offered to pay with my ATM card I will not be back to this Dunkin? Read more

Great service and delicious donuts that were still soft a day later. Coffee was made perfect. Great job!
