Best Hardee's ever. Greatest staff you will ever find. So polite, friendly. Very refreshing in this day and age. I stop here... most days, usually just for tea, sometimes biscuits. I've always been pleased. They get my morning off to a great start. Thanksto all the staff. You are all so awesome. Read more
Sitting in the drive thru currently never mind I?ve been here for 30 minutes patiently waiting for my turn to order I let the... lady running drive thru know I had coupons (because this is what I had to do last time I was here) and the response she gave meup absolutely uncalled for and rude. ?I just need the order you can give the coupons at the window.? I can understand they arebusy and backed up and probably stressed but I have not been rude I haven?t been impatient until I received the service I justdid. Sorry that she experienced rude customers all morning but do not take it out on the next. 10/10 do not recommend but I hadto leave a star to leave this post. Absolutely disappointed. I recognize that staff shortages are predominant during these times. However, the few times that I have visited, I have waited... an incredibly long time for my food. The average time I find myself waiting is over 20 minutes or more. This most recwnt visit,several behind me were served while I was waiting on my food. The staff are kind and willing to help fix things, whick Iappreciate. However, for a quick in and out pickup, you are better off elsewhere. Read more
We went for breakfast because we usually enjoy the food. We ordered two of the new bacon beast biscuits, because the... advertisement made them look quite appealing. They weren't bad, but they didn't rock our socks. Without more bacon, there'sjust not enough beast to justify the price. The hash browns were on point though! Read more
Just picked up a big hardee at 530pm this evening for my wife along with a tender combo. The big hardee is missing the majority... of the special sauce! So fricken disappointing! Read more
I wanted to share a recent negative experience we had on Sunday 6/13/21. Where I live in Maryland does not have a Hardee's near... so when we travel to Virginia we look forward to being able to visit Hardee's. Today the store shared the company decided tostop selling the smoked sausage. This was disappointing as the great biscuit and sausage is a great pair. So we ordered otheritems but the service was horrible. We asked about a side of bacon to eat along with my sausage platter and attached is what wasprovided to us for a dollar. The cashier gave the impression it would be more than 1 piece as we asked before adding. Then whenshe told the staff about the bacon the reply with an attitude "I already made the plate" as what we asked was an inconvenience.There was a smart remark every time we asked for anything. These attitudes happen every time we visit this store. Even before Ihad an issue and receive a negative attitude from the store manager. This makes me feel maybe Hardee's is not the place to visitbut I will not visit this store anymore. Read more
