This was my first time at Panda Express...honestly, I wasn't impressed. Ordered a plate ($9) with kung pao chicken and... vegetables. The flavor was ok, but the portions were small. Unless you're just a fan of the chain, I believe better value can befound in the food court at the mall. Read more

Paid $8.30 for this.... Do yourself a favor and shop local Chinese restaurants. This panda is horribly overpriced for the... tiniest portions. I consider this a snack.. Read more

They are currently out of half the menu: no sesame chicken, no sweet fire chicken, no crab ragoons and no sweet and sour sauce.... I changed my order to accommodate all of that - and I was told fried rice was cooking. I was fine with the wait, pulled aroundto sit and wait for it. While waiting (20 extra minutes) I was informed there was also no fried rice and that it had been outfor an hour. With that being said - I find it frankly impossible that the girl working the headset was not informed by thekitchen the rice was not only out - but definitely not going to be cooking either. Requested a full refund and that took another20 minutes as the woman went in the building for 10 more minutes and then came back out to ask for a receipt as if she didn?tknow what I had ordered. One of two things is going on here: management either completely dropped the ball in ordering food forthe week or there are some absolute inconsistencies going on behind the counter. On this visit I came at a very busy time. The drive thru and inside was very busy. I ordered my four meals for My family. Upon... ordering I was told by Nia that I would have to wait on Super Greens. The real reason I came. I told her I would wait. So I satdown in the lobby and did just that. This young lady was taking drive thru orders, running orders outside correcting orders inthe lobby as well as making orders. After about 15 minutes I was informed that although the Super Greens were ready i now had towait on my honey walnut shrimp. The manager Oflyn did apologize and offered me a drink for my inconvenience. Although I had towait over 30 minutes for my order I didn't have a problem because they tried so hard. The entire crew kept checking on me andapologized for my inconvenience. They all had the patience from God some of the customers were not as patient as I. Nia and themanager on duty made sure that everyone was happy. They worked so hard. I don't mind waiting for customer service like that anyday. I will be back and this time I'll bring my entire crew. ?? Read more

Never go to this Panda Express location. It?s always busy, and they don?t give you large portions.

This was a terrible experience. For one of my orders, I asked for a plate with walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and rice. When I... received my order the food didn?t look appetizing. Noodles were mixed in with my shrimp, shrimp didn?t look fresh (looked likepieces were pealed off the shrimp), and food was thrown together. I kindly asked if they could fix the issue with the meal Ipurchased because it didn?t look appetizing for the amount I paid for it. Not only did the young lady try to charge me foranother plate she was rude and gave me what is shown in these images. I lost my appetite and asked for a refund. I given theoption to get another order instead of doing the refund by a manager. However, I kindly declined and wanted my refund. Themanager stated that I should be receiving my refund on my card within three to five business days. She asked me to sign areceipt, and that was that. Hopefully I receive my refund and wasn?t cheated out of funds I work hard for. Read more

So clearly the $4 order of veggies is mainly broccoli and not even filled to the top. The plate is barely ok for portions,I feel... they are doing the very minimum before it could qualify as not enough. I feel as if it could be better paying $15 for this.Customer service was great,fairly quick line. Read more
