Always ask for your receipt - Today I ordered a tall hot Macha in the drive through and was charged 7.09! I was given my card... back and the barista didn?t ask if I wanted my receipt - I asked for the receipt and found the girl added a 2.00 gratuity?!! Iasked why there was this charge and she said she didn?t know that the button automatically added it. I asked for my 2 bucks backand she had to get a manager to correct this mistake. I told the manager this is the third time there had been a money mistakeand she said, ?Oh yeah I remember you?. Which makes me think that not many customers are double checking their charges.
