Terrible service. Just left Yorktown and was refused a refund when I hadnt even received my smoothies. Was told i could leave... empty handed or wait till the new girl got around to finishing my order. Absolutely ridiculous! I had even put a tip on mytotal. I will never go back!!! Lousy customer service. Ordered smoothies and food. $30 later smoothie tasted like soap. When I asked if I could get something... different I was told I'd have to pay for it. Terrible customer service. Ordered on line for pick up. Received a text that the order was ready. But 2 staff members stated... order was not received, maybe wrong store! When store location was confirmed to be correct and text was shown to the staff, allshe could do is shrug her shoulders! When asked to speak to a manager I was told she?s ?off the clock? and I could not talk toowner nor manager! There was however 2 young ladies that overheard the situation and went and looked where orders are placed forpick up and found the order! I will never use this location again! Read more
