Terrible customer service. Ordered on line for pick up. Received a text that the order was ready. But 2 staff members stated... order was not received, maybe wrong store! When store location was confirmed to be correct and text was shown to the staff, allshe could do is shrug her shoulders! When asked to speak to a manager I was told she?s ?off the clock? and I could not talk toowner nor manager! There was however 2 young ladies that overheard the situation and went and looked where orders are placed forpick up and found the order! I will never use this location again! Read more

Terrible service. Just left Yorktown and was refused a refund when I hadnt even received my smoothies. Was told i could leave... empty handed or wait till the new girl got around to finishing my order. Absolutely ridiculous! I had even put a tip on mytotal. I will never go back!!! Lousy customer service. Ordered smoothies and food. $30 later smoothie tasted like soap. When I asked if I could get something... different I was told I'd have to pay for it. I eat here all the time. Good joint. Very friendly staff despite seemingly sometimes being overworked due to the high volume of... customers. Due to this fact, and perhaps also because most of the staff is quite young, if you order during peak meal timesdouble check your orders for mistakes when you get it and allow plenty of time for order preparation. Also, occasionally duringthese busy times, cooked items such as flatbread and quesadillas will be a little undercooked because they only have one smallgrill so they're trying to get food off it as quickly as possible. This is the worst customer service ever. Awful drinks taste nothing but ice. Bought two drinks cost $18 Never ever come here... again. Most importantly when I ask them could them please help me to remake it and I will pay half of the price again. Then theysay nope and sorry. For that they don?t even deserve a star.
