Food quality was really good. Usually I always dip my sushi in a bit of soy sauce but here it was too good to change the... flavor. Our waitress was really nice and sweet. Kept coming back to make sure everything was good and if we neededanything. Overall experience was great. Only negative is that it was pretty warm in there, I'm assuming hvac issues. Read more

Wonderful staff and dishes. Complimentary cheesecake and spring rolls with our meal was very much appreciated. There is a... rewards program that is offered. Just left Yamachen and I cant express enough what a wonderful experience it was. Hands down the best sushi I think I've ever... had. Very large rolls, you can tell time and care were taken during preparation. Quality ingredients on top of a stunningpresentation all equate to the pinnacle of any Sushi experience. The interior of the restaurant is very inviting, extremelyclean, everything in place with such a warm comfort about it. The best part above all else was our wonderful server Alyse.Probably the best service I've ever had, Alyse was nothing short of perfect. Extremely sweet and very attentive, I'm so happythat people like her exist in this world. Great food and wonderful service! Real chunks of meat with fresh product.. Not the fastest but worth the wait.. never... disappointed in the food quality.. the only thing not very good tasting is the egg rolls that are on the house.. New favorite sushi spot and I live across the water. So worth the drive, though I know there are other Yamachen locations. I... went with a friend to the Yorktown spot and it is awesome.
