Staff was fast and friendly. Cashier great.
The workers at the stand couldn?t understand anything I said, I asked for 3 Cinnabon?s, and I got 7 miniature Cinnabon?s.

There's no denying it's slow but it's a new location that's still hiring so that could easily change. Plus the delay is caused... by caution and ensuring everything is right (and a degree of unfamiliarity) not laziness, carelessness etc which, personallymakes a difference.
