This is one of the best dominos in the area. The employees there are great. However, lately they have changed the... answering/order communication system. I believe you now get an answering service that takes 10 minutes to process you?re order.I?ve had to deal with this on three occasions now, it makes me very apprehensive on ordering again. As far as take out goes Domino's has all others beat, with tracker you know exactly when your food will be ready and delivered... to your car. I was a little lazy tonight and skipped better Pizza for ease of pickup on a rainy night. 5 stars is not for thefood, it is Domino's and while the food is as I expected, the fact that I didn't have time to turn my car off before my Pizzawas delivered earns this location due respect. Had a great experience ! hands down best customer service, management are very nice , the place can get very busy on the... weekends but the place is always clean and they have new weekend staff that are very helpful , even though it was extremely busywhen I went Saturday night around 8pm the young man in the front name jason was very Polite and helpful even under pressure. Delivery is never correct. This last time I didnt get my soda. Driver went back to the store to get it and came back after... 30-40 min. I ordered a diet and got regular soda so it was pointless, cuz I couldnt even drink it. So this time I had coldpizza and no drink. Manager said he gave me a refund which was on January 13th. Honestly this has been the best dominos experience I have ever had. The reason being that the employees working there were so... friendly, I remember Two employees by the name of Momar and Rajput and they were very helpful and introduced to one of my nowfavorite dominos items. They didn't make any mistakes with my order, and my order was very big considering my whole family washome. Food hot and delicious. Would order from them again. I had a great experience at dominos. One thing that I would definitely say about the experience was how good the customer... service was. Especially the employee that I was serviced by named momar. He showed me what was good on the menu and suggestedwhat I should get. The food was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed it.
