Always very fast at this location and never mess my order up in the morning
Just go to another Dunkin? location. This one is always fully staffed yet still manages to deliver the worst customer service.... Today it was clear that the lids for the cups have a defect and no one is going to do anything about it. After watching anemployee, myself, and the customer after me completely spill our coffees everywhere due to this lid issue you would think theywould start taping lids or find another solution. Instead it seems that they?d rather glare at you as you ask for a new coffee,messes don?t exist past the counter (as I and a nice little girl cleaned the floor), and you?re lucky if you get what youoriginally ordered. I forgot why I haven?t been to this location in months since I live 3 minutes away but today reminded me whyI won?t be going back there. Read more
This Dunkin is awful. They don't do mobile order anymore which is annoying because I purposely did that because they get my... coffee order wrong, so I went back to Starbucks, where they get my coffee orders right and also do mobile order. With COVID I'mnot going into any stores until spring. Read more
They never get my orders right even if it?s the simplest thing, and the manager it?s so rude with customer and with the... employees, I feel really sorry for the people that work here. Plus I need to call before going because it?s never sure untilwhen they are open and in top of that they don?t pick up the phone most of the times ???????????. Confused... can someone from this store tell me why I'm apparently banned from the store. I went to make an order this morning... like I have been for months and the cashier said ' miss your not allowed to be here' when I asked about drive thru he said 'noyour not allowed to be here.' Best DD around. I know many of the staff by name. Can't understand why they are closing. Always busy.
