Horrendous I honestly don’t know how they have high reviews. Coming from NYC this restaurant was comparable to chef boyardee.... I was appalled with the slop they put in front of us. White mushy pasta with rubbery calamari. Sauce was watery and on thebottom. It was terrible. How do you screw up a simple marinara? Everyone else’s food was equally terrible. I would have beenembarrassed to serve that. It seems that outside of NYC no one knows how to prepare true Italian food. And I guess if no one inthe area knows any better and thinks it’s good, there’s no reason to change ??????????? Read more
First time here even though i drive on 202 daily. Place is a hidden gem in my opinion. Food is tasty and priced correctly,... portions are very generous as well. The bread is made fresh in-house. The servers were attentive and worked together to assistcustomers which was nice to see. I’ll be back. Read more
Went here for a weekday dinner and the food was pretty good. For starters the bread they give you was great, it was warm with a... nice crust and soft inside. For an appetizer we ordered the fried calamari. The calamari was very tender and flavorful, howeverit was on the greasy side which made it a bit soggy. For dinner I went with the fettuccine benvenuto. The chicken was great butI think the sauce could have used a bit more flavor. The shrimp francese was amazing. The shrimps were large and tender and theroasted potatoes were a nice addition. The chocolate implosion for dessert was also great. Read more
Authentic Italian flavors, well prepared, in generous portions. Much larger on the inside than it appears from the strip mall... location. Great atmosphere with excellent service. The bruschetta is fantastic. I made my reservation using the Googleassistant. Worked great. I recommend a reservation. The place was packed. Read more
Don't be fooled by the "little" in the restaurant's name - the portions they serve are huge! Be wise ans skip appetizers, you... won't make it through the entree! The food tastes great - fresh from the oven/stove, very good. They menu has only cash prices,they are very transparent about that - so take it or leave it. However, with portions of about 75% of size and the same price,they could offset the CC costs and still, no one will leave hungry for the same price! Read more
It started perfectly with lovely service and warm delicious bread. The complimentary salad was fresh and good. I ordered the... lasagna as the lady insisted it was fresh. My husband ordered the spicy pasta with chicken. My red meat lasagnas was somehowwhite and tasteless and cold in the middle. I would not recommend. The pasta my husband took was good, although we bothcouldn’t move or food coma after just a couple bites as it was super rich. Read more
