Called ahead for a Wedge last night, arrived at shop and told him who I was. Sat down and waited for about 20 minutes, and then... I'm told that they never received my order. Asked me what phone number I called and sure enough it was the correct number. Willnot return. Read more

i just went there for lunch today for a chicklen cutlet on a sub.... sounds simple but i have had a lot of gross ones...and im... not picky. anyway this one was good, fresh, not overpriced, and on an actual sub, not a club roll. westchester seems to like tocharge $14 for a ''sub'' on a club roll. ill go back. it was good. First time here and the plain slice was great. Sauce was perfect! cheese was good not salty or too oily and the dough had on... mine anyway a real nice subtle crisp but I don?t know if that?s a feature to all their pies. Definitely not disappointed in anyway. Read more

Great pizza, been coming here for a long while. Always traditionally made and such a great 50s 60s cool spot atmosphere indoors.... Cars, checkered flags and old-school neon lights. Read more

They double charged me for the order and then banned me from the place for attempting to resolve it with the bank I waited for... the charge to clear thinking this is just an authorization charge. When I knew the charge was duplicated I used the onlinebanking app to dispute the charge. I didn't do it out of malice. I simply thought that the restaurant will take longer refundingme the money. In fact when I talked to the manager over the phone he indicated to me that they were having a busy week busy andhe would look into it next week sometime. I needed my refund and didn't feel that I should wait till next week to resolve thisespecially since it was clearly their mistake. So I used my banking app to get credit and thought they would hash it out withthe business Now when I placed another order will them I got called back and told they will no longer do business with me. Notjust me but anyone at my address apparently (I have 3 family members who independently order from the place) So to summarize. This business mishandles payment information by putting a card through twice. And instead of owning up to their mistake andapologizing they ban you from the place for attempting to recover it The manager's response was to tell me I should have wen'tthrough them, but I don't think it's a responsibility of the customer to deal with their internal problem. It should not be myburden as a customer to figure out who to contact. I have a right to get my money back the quickest way possible and the bankprovided the quickest way to get credit Especially in the uncertain times such as they are it is not appropriate for a businessto just willy-nilly charge someone extra $50 and then get upset over the fact that the customer wants their refund as fast aspossible Read more

Went in after calling in an order. One of the guys was saying g how he liked my name. That it was a nice, Jewish name. It was... weird how he was obsessing over my name. I gave him my card to pay for my food, and when I went to take it back, he kept pullingit out of my hands. Very rude. Won't be coming back. Read more

This old man can make some awesome pizza, and calzones too. I sat waiting a few extra minutes for my calzone. I appreciated them... making sure they gave me hot food. When I looked the place up online and read the reviews, I was really worried. I don't knowwhat these other reviews are talking about. I really enjoyed the pizza, it reminded me of pizza from my home and childhood. These guys know how to make good pizza. Read more
