Ordered food to be delivered the egg rolls and tempura shrimp were so overdone they were inedible. I complained so I got shrimp... replaced ( not the egg rolls ) . When it was delivered the boy sat it on the porch and drove off . The girl on the phone was ajerk . I'm never ordering there again Read more
The food tastes good, butbits honesty the same as any other Chinese restaurant. I won't be going back though because they... upcharged me because I wanted my rice the way I wanted it. Well, its a restaurant, they should cook it how you want it right?NOPE! they charge you extra if they have to cook your rice. I've never heard of a place charging extra because they have to cookit. Rice isn’t fried. Chicken isn’t chicken more like parts of the chickens guts instead. I wondered why it’s the cheapest... one now I know. My favorite place is Great Wall of china or taste of china but this place was closer to home. I’ll always gothe extra for my favorite for now on. Learned my lesson hard lol Read more
First time we've ever tried this Place and somewhat disappointed. Our order couldn't have been more simple & yet, they called... because they were out of the Beef Teriyaki, so we accepted the replacement of Chicken instead. We asked for extra Bean Sproutsin our Beef Fried rice, and rather than extra, we got Fried rice w/NO Bean sprouts, w/a note on our receipt that was with ourdelivery, stating they didn't have any bean sprouts!???? The 2 orders of Egg Rolls were cold. We asked for plenty of Soy Sauce,Duck Sauce and Mustard Sauce & only got about two of each. Gone are the days where you get lots of sauces, I suppose~???????? Wewill most likely not be trying the China Garden in the future. Read more
Have been ordering here for years. The food was always delivered hot and tasty. Always had a choice of rice and always came with... egg rolls. This time no choices, no egg rolls and cold. But there were lots of delivery and convenience fees charged. Bringing2 cold, flavorless and inadequate meals to a whopping $40. I will be taking a hard pass on china garden in the future. Great customer service. Super fast and easy and prices super affordable. The food was really good and a great portion even for a... lunch special. There was no wait and everybody had masks on. And in front of and behind the counter we're tidy and clean. Read more
