I loved the drive through when they first opened, but lately it's been going downhill. This morning I got a strawberry donut and... a double chocolate donut for my kids. Nothing separating the 2 on the bad, and the double chocolate was upside in the bagleaving all the chocolate stuck to the bag. Guess I'll i?l be trying the new DD on Jerico and Orchard now. Surprisingly this is the best DD I have ever been to. The cashier was very polite and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was... made perfectly with all part?s equally nice and hot. But one thing that surely stood out to me was the actual size of thecroissant.. it was huge and fresh. When I usually get these, the croissants are always the same size, not that big at all andeither the cheese the patty will be warm or cold and not hot. This was the best croissant sandwich I have gotten from DD. I alsogot a chocolate long john which I asked before I bought ?is it fresh and soft?? She gave me a confident yes and i ordered 1. every other dunkin I will ask for assorted & I get anything from jelly donuts to sprinkles. This has to be the worst assorted... donuts , the most plain donuts. I know it?s something silly to complain about but it seems as if every other dunkin knows howactually assort their donuts Read more

Horrible customer service, atrocious manager, don?t go here! The employees have more customer service experience than the... manager. They don?t do gift cards in their drive through, so I brought my baby inside (I guess they don?t believe in socialdistancing?!?) & they took 5 min to figure out they don?t have sleeves for gift cards, maybe you could have told me that in thedrive through so I didn?t waste my time coming into your establishment?!? No apology from manager, just a roll of the eyes. Iwouldn?t recommend this DD to anyone! Read more
Been going here for awhile things are normally really good, but last month or so has been bad! We get the bacon avacado toast... and latley the bacon has been under cooked and in strips instead of crumbles. Also they have really skimped on the seasonin.Hopefully they can turn it around cause I really like the location! Read more
I am all for giving a business a try but it has been months and they still can?t get it right. I had 2 drinks today in my order... 1 wasn?t made right and the other I was yet again charged for a large and received a medium. There was no one in front of me noone behind me and no one at the counter. I know good people are hard to find but I just have to go out a little further insteadof down the block.
