The deep dish pizza was delicious. It was nice to have this thick of a pizza, where the crust on the bottom was perfectly cooked... and crispy. Sauce and toppings were flavorful. The servers were kind and very attentive. It was nice to have bread and dippingoil as a nice little complementary appetizer. The only little gripes I had were that there were some flies, but nothing too bad. Read more
Highly recommend this place, I travel for work every week and eat at a lot of pizza places, this one is on my top 5 list. I got... pepperoni, sausage, green olive and mushroom and it was excellent. I normally don't have much of an opinion on ice tea causethey all taste about the same but not here, it's like nothing I've had elsewhere. Ok first I want to say how sad when a bunch of employees call off at a location and there's no back up plan. But with that said... the food was amazing as always and the crew of only a few that were in the kitchen stepped it up for the internal guests as wellas the pick-up customers. But there was one person that really stood out to myself as well as all the other patrons, a waitressby the name of Miya. All I can say is Wow, she was pleasant at all times, stayed on top of it all and was even cleaning offtables as well. Never missed a beat and was incredibly sweet. We chose Maciano’s to cater our wedding this past weekend because it is less than 10 minutes from our venue. We went in over a... week ago and placed our order and gave them all of the details (including time of delivery) and paid for our food. Our food wasscheduled to arrive at the wedding at 5:30. We called at 5:35 asking where the food was and the manager assured us that thedriver just left and it should be there anytime. At 6:00, our food hadn’t arrived. Once again we called and the very rudemanager told us the driver was leaving now with the food. The food eventually arrived just after 6:15… OVER 45 MINUTES LATE!We later found out that they forgot our order and didn’t begin making it until we called the first time. Not only did themanager lie to us the first time we called, but she was also extremely rude over the phone and took no ownership of theirmistake. The only professional person was the man that delivered the food. He was very apologetic even though he had no controlof the matter and helped quickly get the food set up so that the guests could begin eating. We were also told we had more thanenough food for 180 people, but ended up running out with six tables still left to go. I have made all my friends and familyaware to not use Maciano’s ever for catering. I wish I knew how unprofessional they were before choosing them for my wedding!Terrible experience and horrible customer service! Read more
Used to be good and ordered often but the last few times went downhill. Yesterday was the last straw. I counted 9 plus pepperoni... on one small square of pizza. Plus so much cheese it was like a brick. Every slice was like this and no we didn't order extraanything. I decided to call today to let them know. She said her usual pizza guy called in and this guy was new. I still thinkit's common sense to not layer 9 plus pepperoni on one small square of pizza. All she said was sorry and will put it in in thenotes for further orders. I think it's common sense though. I should of taken a picture. They are definitely loosing money iftheir pizza guy puts 3 times as much that's actually needed. I hope you guys train your staff better. Read more
Got the Works pizza today. This pizza has a thin crust and tons of toppings. Highly recommended this place. Also got a free... order of breadsticks. The sauce for these is amazing!! Read more
