If I could give negative stars, I would. The absolute most disgusting food I have ever tried. Fries were hard and burnt. Burger... was literally falling apart like they dropped it and said oh well. Will NEVER go here again and I will be letting others know aswell. Read more
On August 29th I had placed a mobile order for a deluxe quarter pounder and a deluxe chicken sandwich. Since it was raining I... decided to do drive-thru pickup instead of having an employee bring the order outside. I grabbed my food and when I got home Iopened to bag to find a 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large fries which was completely different than what I ordered There isan obvious difference in price even when using a McDonald's app deal. The reason for the 1 star though is I had submitted anemail to McDonald's Customer Response Center and was supposed to receive a response and it's been two weeks now. I understandthat mistakes happen but it would have been nice if it was addressed in some way even if it was just an email back. I'm not aperson who will expect some type of reimbursement or anything but just an email reply acknowledging the issue and maybe makingsure employees double check the food being given to customers would have been nice. Double cheeseburgers were good but cashier couldn't tell me price of both small & large fries even though she was looking at... screen. Price was no where on overhead screen. Read more
I don't expect much from fast food but this place is laughable. They could literally screw up a cup of coffee. Sign on door says... 'lobby open @ 7am' but of course, doors still locked when it's pushing 8. Read more
Inconsistent hours. Says they are open until 11pm. Was in the drive thru at 9:58 and no one ever came to the speaker to take my... order even though the car in front of me was served. If you?re closed, come put a cone out so people know or tell them over thespeaker. I realize that it?s hard to find workers now but come on. Read more
I wish all businesses would keep their hours and days of operation updated in Google. The world looks at these hours and times... to know when a business is open. This location says they are open 24 hours. At 5 AM they are not open. Very disappointing. Read more
This McDonald's is not 24 hours! I drove past at 11pm and all the lights are off. Time needs to be updated. Very mad bc nothing... else was open and was hoping this was bc shows its 24 hours. What a waste of gas! Read more
