Been coming to the store for many many years. However I'm starting to notice the service and atmosphere going downhill. Today I... ordered a Cobb salad with chicken as take out. When I got home and open up the salad noticed there was no chicken.:( Management needs to step up here and take a look at what's going on with their processes. I called the store and spoke to anice lady who gave me a voucher for the Cobb salad so I'm giving them three stars. Read more
In general it is a clean store BUT the service wasn't as good as other Panera's. It is a small store. The down side is their... service: the cashier kept make mistakes on our orders, she wasn't focused and she was not at the cashier desk and we needed towait for her every time. There were no service at the table while other Paneras bringing order to the table if you don't get itwhen it's ready. There were no buzzer and you wouldn't know when you order is ready.
