Been coming to the store for many many years. However I'm starting to notice the service and atmosphere going downhill. Today I... ordered a Cobb salad with chicken as take out. When I got home and open up the salad noticed there was no chicken.:( Management needs to step up here and take a look at what's going on with their processes. In general it is a clean store BUT the service wasn't as good as other Panera's. It is a small store. The down side is their... service: the cashier kept make mistakes on our orders, she wasn't focused and she was not at the cashier desk and we needed towait for her every time. There were no service at the table while other Paneras bringing order to the table if you don't get itwhen it's ready. There were no buzzer and you wouldn't know when you order is ready. I recently ordered a chicken dear salad, and every time untill now All experiences have been good. When I opened the container... and went to bite the chicken, it was frozen. We had to wait over five mins to even be served at the counter! Or actually to even be acknowledged! The heavy set older woman,... who appeared to be the manager walked past us as if we even didn't exist! NO Hello , NO "Hi , we will be with you in a moment " Nothing at all !! After a very young man finally acknowledged us by saying "we will be with you in a moment " it was another 3min wait ! That's crazy !! After getting "order" completed , we going to get soft drinks and the older heavy set woman(manager?)again was rude ???? and cut us off from our drinks! She came from the back of the store and did not say excuse me oranything. She seem to be more worried about curbside orders then in store orders There were 5 employees and 1 Brista and theolder heavy set woman barking out orders! WE spent $38 dollars in this Panera Bread and was treated with disrespect andrudeness which IS TOTALLY Unacceptable to Me !! Why do I have to wait long times to give you My Money ! There coffee is kindagood but way overpriced! And so are the sides and pastries ! If I need to spend that kind of Money! I Expect at least someQUALITY CUSOMER SERVICE ! The older heavy set Manger or supervisor should be required to go through some refresher courses onhow to be kind , inviting and warm to Panera customers ! I would not recommend ???? this Yorkville Panera Bread or actuallyany Panera for that matter ...its kinda jist All right coffee and its way too expensive 2 me . The new Baja Grain Bowl was AMAZING! I didn't get the Greek Yogurt that comes with it though. I'm not a fan and didn't want to... ruin the rest of the bowl. I definitely recommend. On the other hand, I got the new 10 Veggie Soup. Not bad, but nothingspecial. What bothered me most, was the two dirty spoons I got with my food. I'm not one to complain, so I just grabbed twoplastic spoons. And I've also worked in the restaurant biz before, I know they were probably cleaned in a giant washer.. but youcould at least do quick spot checks.??????????? Read more
I usually use the self-serve kiosk here just to order drinks so I can't say much about the staff. I can say, however that the... place is nice and clean and from that 8 can tell by other patrons interactions the staff seems to be friendly. Read more
